It happened to my samsung washer dryer too not because of this because of the feet with tire thingy that you put some sort of things such as freezer and washing machine. when the installment my washer is completely new so we test out to do the drum cleaning cycle in about 2 hours. When the spinning part the washer start to shake even with no clothes in it. it even shakes when it washes because its inverter and the way it stops like really fast so me and my dad quickly removing the feet thingy and it heavy as heck my hands hurt

This video is a bit dangerous too, because my 3 year brother has seen this, he tries to spin the inside when it is empty and if he continues to do that, it may damage the washing machine or he could he touching bacteria things. Those kids show a great example of touching the washing machine when it is on

No the drum is moving as I can see
that is because the leg did not set correctly and was not balanced..... this is not the fault of the machine, it is the fault o installer. you cannot just put the machine there and walk away, you have to make sure it is installed at water level(0˚).

The shipping bolts are on the back as tabs or black buttoned with holes
Transit bolts remove 4 bolts from the back and level off the machine, then you should be good to go, further more switch the machines so that the doors will be opening away from eachtother makes it easier to fill and empty
I wish i could switch the locations, but the drain hose to the washer isn't long enough. I ended up stacking the drier onto the washing machine after removing the transit bolts.
Justin Z im glad to hear you are satisfied with your good laundry machines now, i work as a appliance technician and you would’nt believe how often i remove transit bolts from washers that people bought and installed themselves and did’nt read the manual before use, well i wont blame either them or you how should you know, in denmark where i live sellers of new appliances has become vert aware of precausions when people decide to install them thereselves, and often advice people how to install, and of course removing transitbolt, about your drain hose, if you go to your local hardware store you can buy a extension hose and fittings for that, them you could put them beside eachother with the doors right and put a nice wood worktop on top to fold clothes and what not :D :)
