- Finally part 2 of the Date Palm project. Next update video in 2025! see you then ;)
"Phoenix dactylifera, commonly known as date palm, is a flowering plant species in the palm family, Arecaceae, cultivated for its edible sweet fruit called dates. The species is widely cultivated across northern Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia, and is naturalized in many tropical and subtropical regions worldwide" "for special occasions and religious times such as Ramadan. When Muslims break fast in the evening meal of Ramadan, it is traditional to eat a date first."

your patience and dedication are second to none. you must have heaps of projects going on at the same time.
I was just thinking the same thing.
Give us a studio tour! I want to see if they have 100 plants with a camera for each one
How many camera he has :)
@@MiguelY22 i think they take photos every day not video
This is one of the reasons I cherish the palm trees in my country Bahrain ❤ 🌴 such a beautiful tree, very dignified, takes its time to grow, and once it finally does, every single part of it becomes useful to humans and animals. We make many products from palm trees in the middle east.
the seeds grown tree are male and only the plant that grows near the tree is female right?
@@mshafimdNo, it's unhealth
the example of the believer as said by the prophet Mohammed peace be upon him. :)
ايو
@@mshafimd the seed can be either male or female. the ones that grow near the big palm is a copy of it.
I started growing a date palm about a year ago. So far it has 3 leaves on it. prettyyyyy slow growing :)
where on earth you plant it ? USA ?
True!
@@shuatmillet1652does it matter? Dirt is dirt
😅 Try a sago palm ⏳🐢
@@ChicknSandwichAs a gardener, nah. Dirt isn't dirt, my friend. 😄 At least not to plants.
This is relatable because it was a lot of time and work and still no dates.
put it in ground
As they say...google it! It is a very slow process and there is the male and female combination in order to get fruit.
At least this way you have got an awesome plant!
Ah haa
Sometimes the beauty is in the journey... not the destination. We listen to music for the music... Not to get to the end of the song. ❤
(My second try at this comment/reply.)
If you google it, you will see that it is about male and female trees in order to produce fruit. At least you will have an awesome palm which you patiently grew from seed!
Ramadan Mubarak.🤍 🌙
Only one God brother, the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit ✝️♥️🤗
Date palms can take 4 to 8 years after planting before they will bear fruit, and start producing viable yields for commercial harvest between 7 and 10 years.
The date palm is dioecious, having separate male and female plants. They can be easily grown from seed, but only 50% of seedlings will be female and hence fruit-bearing, and dates from seedling plants are often smaller and of poorer quality. Most commercial plantations thus use cuttings of heavily cropping cultivars. Plants grown from cuttings will fruit 2-3 years earlier than seedling plants.
wow! nice job, you can copy paste wikipedia. good skill!

Now i know why dates are expensive..🥲
A person said “allahuakbar” then a few seconds later said “La ilaha illallah” then immediately after said “La illaha illa Anta subhanaka inni kuntu min-adh-zalimeen” and again a few seconds after said “SubhanAllah”. This way 70,000 good deeds were earned. This person is you
🥰
This statement shows your intellect level
The fact you helped a plant live is amazing in itself.
Oh I planted 3 date palm in my yard I planted since thursday 8 february 2024 and they grow so healthy 🤗
Subhan Allah ❤
it is crazy how a seed can grow into a tall plant, it just makes me contemplate. Amazing content man!
"Patience Pay's off But after Patience."[Abdullah Fayyaz.]
It's amazing
How It's not just got all the DNA needed but also programmed how to use what and when
SubhanAllah that each new leaf becomes bigger than the previous one!
So Peaceful.... Subhanallah....!!!!
Probably the most favourite thing I have planted. Grew faster than this though.
Out of the the six I nurtured, I'm left with one.
She's such a beaut of a palm and a lot taller than me now☺️
For real! I grew it from seeds and it is 2feet tall after 3years but I'm so proud 💓
Love these long running projects. If only because of the sheer dedication it takes to make them. Great vid.
so beautiful! appreciate your hard work and care and dedication!
A brief moment of beauty.
But also, whoa, when it hit the background. I usually don't read the background as an existing object or surface, just an abstract space.
Nice
🌴A good start! Penciled you in for 2025! Kiitos! 😎✌️
Subhanallah, thank you so much.
Wow, so they really are this slow-growing! I've planted a few from seed in the past and they've always just shot up one or two of these leaves before dying due to me giving up on them or whatever. I never realised that's actually how they grow. Gonna be a long wait for any dates 😂
In Egypt, it is watered only three weeks and grows on its own because it extends its roots deep
@@MahmoudAhmed-yf9uw Right, I am growing them in pots because I don't think they will survive outside in our cold winters, but maybe I will plant one outside just to see - I think they have SOME frost-resistance, but maybe not when they are very small.
I’ve been waiting soooo long for thisss!!!
I'm glad your date palm is doing great.
And I thought fir trees were slow growers...
I love nature ❤
I saw the first part where he said "part 2 in 2024"
I opened his channel and i saw the part 2 as latest uploaded video and i get shocked, thinking abou his patience of making this video
Like wow
❤
Awesome! I've been waiting for part 2 of this video since last year! 😍
Very nice and touching.
You know, date palm trees are not planted using the pits, but rather the take the young small branches from the mother palm tree that grows beside it and plant it into the new location.
1.5 years hard patience and 1.5 min of video❤
Beautiful time lapse. Your long term projects are an inspiration!
Финики - это Божественно!
That required a surprising amount of water considering date palms grow in the dessert
Kudos to camera man for spending 520 days in front of this pot.
Beautiful!
bro is the real yearly dose of timelapse
Ok I have like 2 I planted they only have 1 leaf. To see this process makes me realize I have a lot of waiting still. Thank you
More please ?
I wanna see this for the long run.
Like the Canada woman who watered her avocado for 14 years and it finally gave fruit.
Though i understand if you wanna abandon the projects and start new ones.
Would be fun to see 5-10 year ones etc. A never ending project :)
Subhan Allah
What a great video! Thank you.
Great video recording!
So satisfying
Clicked at the speed of light
Theres nothing on earth that travels the same speed as light😂 u dummy
How didn't your seeds mold? Mine always mold, any fruit seed I put in a box with water, they always mold... I love date fruit and it's plant, I'm fascinated, I've planted some but they've all died at some point. I'm from Brazil, it's hot where I live but maybe still not ideal for dates
Truly beautiful.
espere mas de 2 AÑOS POR UNA SEGUNDA PARTE. SATISFECHO....
I can't imagine I just watched a year and a half of work, he must automate the watering and camera shooting to simplify the process
the ongoing fruits worth the patience
A blessed tree. I advise not to plant it from seeds, but rather take the young ones from the mother tree to ensure that they bear fruit
Awesome
MAJESTIC!
This is beautiful 😍
Labor for This video is worth a like!
Do you have an estimate before you start a particular plant on its growth timeline? That's a lot of perseverance to be like, "Yeah, it's been 270 days and a third leaf just started."
For some basic plants im able to estimate a bit. But quite often its just plant a seed and see what happens :)
The best way to plant palm trees is by cuttings, as growth will be very fast
Wow, I really like it!
Incredible!!
I feel you, me also try to plant dates, and give up after 5 month because it was slow as hell
Praise and Gratitude be to the Almighty Creator Allah for this beautiful Creation.
Lov ya stuff ❤❤❤❤❤ cheers Ausgranny 🇦🇺🇦🇺🤶
Subhan'Allah
Its scary how muds, sands, water join together and form this beautyful creature that can give birth. 😮
MashaALLAH
Well done!
We love our plants like they're our babies ❤😢
Love the video im from Qatar
Ver algo así Es INCREÍBLE
oh my god they take a real long time
Dates can thrive in hot and humid areas and it needs small amounts of watering
Please like
I am sad... 😒.... Can anyone cheer me up...
Would be cool to see it grow further. Some stem growth, for example.
Awesome 🔥
Ah yes, just in time for Ramadan, I think your gonna need about 7 more years
Big job
It take years to grow this plant huh.. First time see it grow
I was interested in what you of soil, fertilizers and grow lights you use for your plants as they turn out so nice, could you tell me?
The thing i never understood, why did you remove the seed from the fruit? Isn't that fruit a part of the nutrition of the seed to help it growing ?🤔
No, actually the seed itself is all the nutrition a seedling needs to sprout, they can't take any nutrients from the fruit we eat, so that's why you always remove the seed from the fruit before planting. Also, there's a really high chance of your seed rotting as the fruit rots and you'll lose both the seed and the fruit
That's crazy date trees are slow plants
We need part 3 in 2025 if tou can please traspant into ground if you can😮
Woow!! Thenk u ❤
How many cameras are needed to keep track of all these plants???
My date palm grew only im two parts then it got brown am dry. It was such s pity i really was looking forward in having a date tree. I will try again this time with more seeds.
Hi sir, Can you make timelaps video on mango cutting ?
Those dates look good for iftaari can you give me some
I hope it bears fruit!
How much do you water it?
💪🇺🇸👍
I just bought linden tree seeds to grow and they are so many advices and different methods on Reddit on how to germinate it. Could you please give me some advice on how to grow this tree from seed, please.
Patience.
Nice vlog , i liked this ✅ & new subscribe to your channel , have a great week ♻️✅🌳
how many cameras he would need to capture all his simulateous growths
Subhanallah!

In my country it is called Kurma
Where are you from
