Hands like houses has officially made me happy to live in this generation. They prove that going against the grain and straying away from the norm in bands can have a lot of success. they have made s masterpiece. One that grips you by the heart and mind and never lets go. the lyrics in this song are powerful and delivered in a dynamic way. this album is amazing and is certainly not like any other album I've heard. #DissonantForever
+Brad Williams what the fuck but this newer stuff sounds just like everybody else in the genre, ... unlike ground dweller, what are you even talking about
xMiyazakiAkira Listen carefully to the music. They are not doing constant breakdown after breakdown. The lyrics and guitar are still amazing. If you think that this sounds anywhere close to Memphis, we came as Romans, or all the other scene bands then I don't know what genre your listening to. Their guitar needs to be amplified more because You can barely hear any of the stuff he plays. Lyrically this album is amazing and instrumentally. Name one song that this song remotely sounds close to. The chorus is powerful and like I said before is amazing. Thank you for making fun of a positive comment that I made to band that tried so hard to make this album what it is. You just proved to me that you along with many others can't appreciate the talent they have. And that you can't lock up the negativity and make a comment to someone else for liking something they've done. instead of enjoying music you have to label them and compare them everyone. This band has been my BIGGEST inspiration. I am in a band and they inspired me to write from my heart. Have a great day.
Brad Williams thanks for that paragraph I didnt even read it, just the first sentence. they still sound like the radio rock bands and just like everyone else in that genre ....
Brad Williams has nothing to do with breakdowns, i said nothing about breakdowns, they just took all the musical creativity out of it to make it sound repetitive to match other band sounds, i guess to appeal to average peoples minds to sell more records
xMiyazakiAkira Actually read my comments and you'll understand my points. Define creative for me please. Because guess what they are creative and even though this has a heavier sound it is still Hands Like Houses. They have never made anything to appeal to a certain group. If you would read or look at any interview Trenton Has done you will hear him say that they are just making the music they like and hope people will like it. They are still the Hands Like Houses that began. Momentary, Motion Sickness, Degrees of Separation, Glasshouse, Still Water and Colorblind are not close to sounding generic or like others. They all sound like Unimagine. Especially momentary. The lyrical quality and the instrumentals are still different form others. The way he sings and portrays the song is different from all the others. Listen to the whole album and you will not hear any similarities to ANY other band. The synths are no longer there because the guy left to be a music teacher. That was literally the only difference between them and other bands.
They are equally great live. One of the best live performances I've seen. No lip singing or recorded play. Major props to their sound team they perfected it.
@@shabadabba Did I say it wasn't? I've heard and seen them live. I believe, I said they are equally great live. People have problems with reading comprehension, clearly.

My absolute favourite song on the album, I love how each album they release sounds unique and different! Loving this new sound and hope they announce a tour because I'll be there for sure!
I love every member of this band. I couldn't like every song but I love them all. They are very inspirational and they keep me calm and give me hope. Stay together for as long as you guys can okay. Love you guys.
Kinda defeats the purpose of saying it's your "favorite band" if you call another band your favorite as well. Maybe you should just say One of your favorite bands. Anyways I get your point.
sickest song on the album. in my opinion... most under rated band to this date. I feel like these dudes are the "modern rockstars". their musicianship vocals, lyrics.. they all just show signs of that unique quality. Kudos to James Wisner for making this vision that they've given given him, amazing. I can only hope to sit in on a session one day and just see the process of making greatness! Amazing band, amazing song, amazing production. :)
i´m here, six years later thinking... thin song gets me, depression is real and this son was the catalyst to search for help, tey change brand. and it's been a LOT since the last banger
I love this band, I didn't no who they were till the big ass tour in brisbane ,i was like what is this band, the bass man dont get me started, but the energy from the band was amazing I can't wait to see this band live again they were amazing.
I miss the previous sound they had. It evoked imagination. The very reason we fell in love with this band. The intro to 'The Definition of Not Leaving' & 'A Fire On A Hill' still give me goosebumps
+Thomas Dobson pretty sure you're joking. or are you one of those people that were shipping for HLH to go 'heavier' on their previous albums? They can't sound the same as they did before without Jamal. So you can't be serious.
@@aznfinest I don't dislike this, but they don't sound as unique anymore. I think a big part is the way the songs are mixed. The almost complete lack of electronic elements also makes a big difference; I imagine Jamal leaving has a lot to do with that.
Exactly. This whole album makes me think deeper than any album. This song and motion sickness are my favorite. The way his lyrics and the instrumentals flow together is awe inspiring. This band is getting better and more dynamic with each album. Dissonants may be heavy but momentary proves that they are still aware of how amazing Unimagine is. Can't wait to buy this album.

Lmfao dude I just commented that. I literally thought the same thing.
+kaydenk10 This was my thought when first hearing this song and has stuck with me since! haha.
They better do one for Perspectives too! Shit, I wouldn't mind music videos for every song on the album like PVRIS did with White Noise.
+Adam Artz +Ali Arroughi hey were all family here just enjoy the music
MarshmellowPlaysMC No. This kid needs to gtfo the Internet with his ridiculous negative comments on every fucking band you listen to.
Everyone has a opinion
MarshmellowPlaysMC His opinion is expressed on every band.
***** Yeah but you complain about TDWP, HLH and more. You fucking suck, kid.
Loving that Deftones sound in the breakdown. Glad to know my favorite band happens to be fans of my other favorite band ;)
Which Deftones song are you referring to?
None in particular, just their overall sound. Now that I think about it though, the rhythm kinda reminds me of Passenger.
+Under Haze I can definitely hear Passenger in the rhythm. But idk about the breakdown lol.
Holy Jesus thank you for saying that, swear it was just me lol

👍 nice. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to play like that but I sure enjoy listening to those who can. God bless you 🙏🏼
