Would love to live here. The living room is my favourite. The whole place gets a lot of light. It is very rare being able to walk around your entire condo. You get great views all around. But I imagine it would go for more like 18 million.
On top of it being overpriced, because it's a penthouse, it has a sky high HOA fee of almost $13k a month. I just don't understand pricing it so high. WeHo/LA, unlike Miami and New York, aren't condo cities. So the buyer pool for this is ALREADY limited no matter the price. I just don't know why anyone would spend $20mil (let alone full ask) for a condo this size when they can get a home with a yard and private pool and more square footage elsewhere. I know some people who have multiple homes like the lock and leave lifestyle and not having to worry about break-ins, etc. but good lord. Almost $4k per square foot and a high AF HOA fee. Good luck to the listing agents lol. As for the place itself, I think it's very nice but the penthouse that's been on and off the market at the WeHo Edition is nicer. That's a similar price per square feet (which is why it hasn't sold) but at least it's attached to a 5-star hotel.
Yeah I totally agree with you, that HOA is High AF!! For the money I’d hire a full time house manager and security and have my own private estate. I was honestly surprised when the one next door to this sold for $24M. I’m curious to see where this one lands.
@@RealJStreet It makes me wonder who bought it! Because Matt Damon's was $8.6mil. Honestly if I were going to go with a high end condo in WeHo it would be the Pendry Residences. They seem to be much fairer in erms of price and again there's a high end hotel next door that has all amenities available to residents.
Well, it’s California, they always got to jack up the prices for a little elegance. My thanks to the host for being so honest with the likes and dislikes, that’s pretty rare for shows like this one. And Matt Damon has a home there? Could you be, would you be- my neighbor. I’ve always been a big fan. ✨
My pleasure🍾🥂! I’m so glad that you enjoyed the tour appreciate me sharing both the things I like and don’t! Yes, Matt Damon is fantastic and it’d be really cool to run into him as a neighbor! 😎

What do you think it’s worth? 🧐

You’re right it’s a beautiful home and an entertainment paradise with the living room, balcony and views. I’m really curious to see what it sells for.

Sorry. Man I don’t see 27 million. Smdh
I’m with you brother! What do you guess it’ll sell for?
Nice finishes, but at only 7k sqf can't pay more than 15 million
Yes finishes are top notch, it’ll be interesting to see what it sells for.
28 million ?? Where ?
Yeeeaaaaaa I don’t see that either, lol! But only time will tell.
