This is one of the best apartments you've shown on your channel. I love how light it is, and the fixtures and fittings are all stylish. It still has a cosy feel and definitely looks worth the money.
So sad that people buy apartments driving up prices and never live in the unit at all (just to collect it), while housing is in a turmoil of chaos

Very nice - I especially like that the sink is against the wall and not in the island. Even being very large, it looks like it would be easy to have the family together. That marble tub is amazing. I can't even imagine how they managed to move into place, it's gotta weight a thousand pounds.

It's called "PARBLE". also known as the pink marble. most commonly used for people who loves the color pink.

The color palette and in general the implementation of the interior design are top-notch. The only issue is that they are full of personality, so you either fall in love with it or feel that it's not for you. It's a risk, as you have to sale it. it's not a house for the designer. Still wonderful work.
Stayed a couple nights at the Trump Tower in '05 before all the controversy. We managed to get a good deal because it was my sister's birthday. This brings back memories.

I think it is the first penthouse on new york that says to have 5 bedrooms and it actually does have 5 bedrooms and all of them are suites and the hallways aren't too narrowed that only 1 person can walk on it and with difficulty. I believe, comparing to many other penthouses that has exact the same price or even a bit more expensive it is the best I have seen due to these reasons.

Very tasteful remodel! In this price range there are many choices so it very difficult for me to say it worth $39mm without seeing comparable.
Thanks, Erik! Favorite part of the penthouse? That's a difficult decision...like maybe everything is a favorite. However, that wonderful bathroom with the marble soaking tub would provide hours worth of relaxation and taking in the view while doing so would be worth millions alone. What a wonderful residence which has been superbly furnished and decorated. Since the likelihood that I'd ever get to visit anyone in the Trump Tower is nil, this has been a treat! This place reminds me of a jigsaw puzzle. The layout/floorplan is confusing....to say the least. But it does have some good points. The kitchen is amazing.

I've seen a lot of videos of expensive apartments [and houses], some just look sterile, this one feels very homely, and cosy. And my favourite bit was the owners bedroom.
The VIEWS!
This is an awesome Trump Tower Penthouse. I like the Arab marble of the kitchen, the pink marble bathroom of the junior master bedroom, and the Calcutta marble tub and bathroom of the master bedroom. I like the Arab marble island kitchen. I like the master bedroom with the bed facing the view. I like the master bathroom with the marble tub. I like the living rooms with the nice views. I like the sunrise and sunset views of the penthouse. The penthouse doesn't have a balcony.

The only part of the layout that I don't care for is the dining room. I kept expecting to see a formal dining room. In such a luxurious apartment, I would like to have the formal DR close to, but not in, the kitchen. Most of the units of this caliber that I have seen on RUclips have a large table, such as the one in this kitchen, but there is also a formal dining room.
