When God was a Woman is a great read. It completely changed my view of human history. I always thought that a matriarchy had to have developed our concept of society and that book just proves it. 👍 I think it should be taught through our general education.

Thank you so much for sharing your book list. I have been searching for a book to teach me about Goddess Inanna and to learn about Goddess Worship. I need a reliable book to learn about the origin of Goddess Worship. I want to learn about the different Goddesses of different cultures, from the very beginning of human existence. I am searching for resources to learn about the beginning downfall of the Matriarchy and the beginning of the Patriarchy. In previous months, I bought the Divine Goddess oracle card deck. I am sooooo glad that I did.

I've gone through a kind of spiritual breakthrough in my life over the past year and discovered feminist spirituality, tarot, and now Jung. I love all the things you share, and I'm learning so much. It's a neat synchronicity that before I watched this video, I bought Marion Woodman's "Dancing in the Flames" off ebay! Marion has been changing my life. I am a huge fan of Carol P. Christ. And I really loved Charlene Spretnak's "Lost Goddesses of Early Greece." I'm immersing myself in all kinds of things related to goddesses, tarot, and depth psychology. I feel like I'm on a deep journey of self-discovery and finding my way back to wholeness in my 30s. It's a powerful time in my life. Thank you for sharing all your wisdom! My reading list is growing thanks to you.
I highly recommend Donna Read's Women and Spirituality trilogy if you haven't seen it or to anyone who sees this comment: Goddess Remembered, The Burning Times, and Full Circle. I watched it on RUclips, and I think it's such a great introduction to feminist spirituality. It's what got me interested in it.
