Excellent job! :) The only incorrect one is the sentence with Carlos. You used 'at', but 'St. Rt. 718' is a highway/road. Since it is just the road/street/highway name, we will use 'on'. If there is an address with it, then we would use 'at'. For example, we would use 'at' if it said, "Carlos is at 223 St. Rt. 718". So, this sentence should say: "Carlos is driving on St. Rt. 718".
