I have had the same problem on Volvo 2009, we have plugged a wire with side jack and other side RCA. You connect jack into the slot of your car (into glovebox near USB) and other side RCA behind multimedia station into audio out Left and Right
could you please send a photo (link) with details how you managed to connect it? I have the same problem. When I tested with the multimeter, there is no 12v voltage comming from the decoder to display. I have already tried and ordered a different/another decoder but the same problem happens and I did not managed to get it working
i have found the problem. It is visible at 0:28, and this cable should not be connected to ICM module, but to climatization module from back of the buttons. There is a same type of connector. I made the same mistake...
My issue was my amp under the seat was not working.mi checked all the fuses i could not get the phone light to come on..i bought a new cd unit..finally i took out the amp..Hard wired the speakers to an after market amp and after riding in silence for 8 months i have sound but i noticed i dont have RCAs for RR + LR the FL+ FR to the amp work fine just no Rear audio..any suggestions..im going to go back and hook up the canbus correctly through the top dash unit but overall it works great.
Hey everyone For those of you who have problems with this units, try to connect the pink wires into the back of the clima panel insted of connecting it to the litle display. Also the audio of thi android radios ,for this Volvo XC60 (and maybe oders volvo) works only as Auxiliary. You need a jack cable from the auxiliary port of the car to the Aux In of the radio
Hy Mine is working without problems, i did not touch red ir yellow wire I have an Ekiy T7 unit Maybe is just a harnest problem, i don't think it has nothing to do with the canbus bix
Also it is wrong to connect the yellow wire of the radio with the red wire of the canbus, that is the reason for the unit stays always on. Yellow wire is Accessories (it has power only when the ignition is on) Red wire has constant power even if ignition is off. You supposed to bridge the yellow wire of the radio with the yellow of the canbus in the worst case
Got the Same Problem with the Radio turning off. Its turned on Even when i put the keys out. What can do i do? Has there to be a light on the Decoder?
