Dale The trucker take them together, or apart. It absolutely does not matter. Creatine saturates the muscle and can be taken daily without cycling. Creatine timing has been shown to have little importance to effectiveness.
I don't think you are supposed to take it with caffeine. It doesnt matter when you take it so id suggest taking it at another time.
randomguy1236 There's creatine in beef, salmon, tuna, etc. The body naturally produces small amounts and can easily convert it as well. Taking creatine with caffeine will not hinder the positive impact of it in any serious way.
