- I had to go back and get these Trophy Room 7's. It's a fantastic collaboration with a very obscure story that could only come from Marcus and team. Everybody who has these love them on feet and I think it's because the quality is there and the color-blocking is fun and energetic. It's a shoe that you want to wear and the red, white, and blue gets that 90's vintage feel.

What is your favorite part about the Jordan 7?
When I was 9 years young my Mom blessed me with The Charcoal 7, which was the first Jordan I ever had. I won MVP in the first basketball tournament in wore them in.
The Color blocking is top notch!

Great blend of 90s touches and quality materials on these! Details are crazy and the nubuck/suede make em a great lifestyle shoe. Top level storytelling as usual Min. '92 Olympic team was definitely when MJ separated himself from Magic, Larry, etc.

@@minsoochoi that’s the trouble. I’ve been debating so many different ones. I almost exclusively wear 1s now- but that was a 2022 pact - so thinking of getting one pair of every J - 1 through 9 for me (not a fan of much past that) love 11s but they look so funny on me. My kids though fire!) any suggestions.
This is kind of my plan
1s - currently have (gorge green, l&f, turbo, yellow taxi, chenille, Bordeaux)
2s - targeting the Union 2 (ticked I didn’t buy back when they were under 200)
3s - reimagined as soon as I can get my hands on them
4s - sold black canvas and purple canyon, not sure what to go with here
5s - burgundy comes out in Nov this and the reimagined are the only ones I HAVE to buy this year
6s - sold my carmines, thinking about grabbing the electric green
7s - trophy room or patta (had both shimmer and icicle but sold kicking myself)
8s - sold my “flack jacket / undefeated, thinking I’m gonna get the black samurai
9s - olive when released.
The Date is wrong on the shoe and that’s not how the story goes but I respect your review

@@minsoochoi actually, the game was played in Monte Carlo July 22 and if you look online if you look it up Magic Johnson even tells the story about after the practice game. Him and Larry bird was talking and then Michael Jordan walked in and said there’s a new sheriff in town but I think the date in the shoe is for the sports illustrated magazine. I’m kind of new to RUclips. If you want I can send you the videos to help but if you go Google it, the game was played July 22 in Monte Carlo
