I just want to say I have nothing but immense respect for both you and Russ getting people together for blind raiding on minimum item level Psy. I bet it’s like second nature for the both of you given your MMO experience, but I just think I’d not be able to handle that level of pressure. It’s very refreshing to see old content treated like current content and seeing them figuered out. I can’t always tune into streams, but I’m glad to see you both are still enjoying yourselves. the hardest thing about solo strat making is finding seven other people who are willing to come along for the ride. both happy to not suggest anything and go along with the strat you come up with, even if they know a standard strat for it. and have the patience to stay in and not even start to hint at how the mechanic works or how to resolve it. sort of requires taking up streaming to have a captive audience lol, or else a lot of charisma or such

Probably the worst part of the solo cook in Savage is you're missing a huge part of the community aspect from a great raid group, AND you've literally got less information than you should. When it's new content to everyone in the group, you've got people jumping in with what they're seeing on their screens - debuffs they're getting, maybe clever deductions they made about what they think killed them or mea culpas about standing in the wrong spot - and these both elevate the social aspect of play and give you a full picture for the solve. I get the reason for trying to get the solo cook experience, but I hope you switch to front-line progging once you get to current content because the discussions to collaboratively solve a complex puzzle like this - while they can be infuriating depending on the group - can be some of the most rewarding and enriching parts of all gaming.
The only FOMO I have is for raids on content because... it was harder back in patch X.X right XD
Mounts, glams etc. etc. used to care, don't anymore. Can't remember the last time I even bothered with an event.
I'm sad that my feral days are over...at least sometimes. I enjoyed getting your insights and opinions on the spec and I really had some good times in WOW. That being said, blizzard themselves finally cured me of my gaming addiction. I have been playing WOW since the US beta and in DF it just got to a point where I suddenly lost ALL of my interest and hopes in the game. Yet I often think about my wow "career" and about the people I met, sometimes I check what they are doing now.
Thats how I ended up here. I am happy that you found something fun and engaging, even though I personally never really liked FF. But you seem to be having such a good time, hope you will meet even more nice people and enjoy the ride as far as its gonna take you. Meow.

you’ll have to finish the 5.3 msq before you’re allowed in the last tier of eden, and there might’ve been a couple other things locked behind 5.3 msq
I've done PF p5s to p7s in the first week with pf while working and it took me a month to clear p8s because people were struggling hard with the rhythm of the fight
Pf can be really fun sometime , it was my first experience with savage pf and it was a good experience overall
