what was shown I would say EVERYONE knows what is NOT shown is what people are looking for - for example HOW to staple the photo without damaging it because where the photo is to go is in the center of the application and My stapler will not reach any corner without damaging the application or photo or both.
as an update about stapling the photo, It is not clear the way the form is but apparently they do NOT want you to staple it they want you to bring it to the office with the photo and they staple it or so I was instructed and admonished for because I did staple mine and they were not happy about it.
