I loved that you used packing tape, Lolly! I didn’t have any of the shiny tape either all of mine was cloudy kind of scotch tape. I was going to buy a role but the price is up to like three or four dollars a roll and I’m like no way. I found a roll of the clear tape at my moms and traded her lol. Then I found another roll and just took it. I have plenty of packing tape and I never thought of using that. Thank you.😊
Thank you! Thank you! Just tried this and the results were perfect. I have tried other techniques that I saw in videos and this is by far the easiest - I can't believe that I had all the supplies!
Thanks, Lolly!💜Have been thinking about doing this, but, like you, couldn't justify purchasing the necessary cellophane tape; never thought of packing tape (seems so obvious in hindsight)!😂
As a former Copic user, I'm thinking if you have any refills, they would work or maybe scribble out some ink on a palette and add rubbing alcohol. Good luck!
It would take awhile to color all that in, and it would be streaky and dark, but then you could use a mist of the alochol to loosen it up so you could play around with it.
Thanks for sharing, simple & straight to the point, some youtubers tell their life story! lol
Many thanks! :)
I realize this is an older video but I love it! Thank you for sharing this money saving tip. 🤩
Thank you. When I think "older video," I think 5-8 years ago :) To me, this is still very new. :)
WOW!
Thanks for watching :)
@@LollyPalooza I have even taken notes!

Lolly, Could you get a similar effect just using regular alcohol markers such as Copics or Spectrum Noir?
I love this! :)
