Goa doesn't have Civil/Manufact branch. Does that help in getting Cse easier at Goa for duals? Thanks

EnI is better option at Pilani. For nearly same branch, prefer Pilani else go for other campuses. Major focus is on electronics, so the second part won't matter much.

Sir, I am genuinely interested at the intersection Physics and EEE and have seen great people (Ashok Ajoy, etc) from BITS Goa making it big at it. However, you say there is an Oyster Lab only in Pilani campus. Which campus would be better in the regard?
I can only tell you things about Pilani campus. The presence of O-Lab amd CEERI are major plus points. Rest you can talk to the seniors from both campuses about their campus on the Facebook group BITSAT Queries and then be the judge yourself. But for now, focus on your BITSAT and BITSAT only.

Why is the CGPA stricter in Goa and Hyderabad campus. Won't it effect the students in future during placements and when they apply for higher studies abroad?
That is a matter of institute policy, and can be answered only by the policy makers. It might have some effect in higher studies abroad, but then CGPA is not the only part of your application and the difference would most likely not be a deal breaker.
They could have thought of that while choosing the institute.

No there are plenty. As a very rough figure, around 20% of all dualites in a batch can land CS as their dual.

Hello. Since you have mentioned that grading procedure is difficult in Goa & HYD campuses, does it imply that Pilani students have an upper hand at the time of placements (since CGPA will matter there)?
No, since Goa campus students and Hyd campus students would compete with their own batch only. There is no cross campus placements. So the scale on which two students will be compared, at the time of placements would be equal for all students of that campus.

You absolutely can, and it's quite common. Challenging, but people manage.

It depends on the company. Some IT companies do allow students of all branches to participate in their placement process. Some others do not. In general, almost all IT companies allow CS and Circuit branches. A lot lesser allow for all other branches.
