Only note is on the charge pipe - neglecting to mention its not just brittle, but they full on break constantly leaving people stranded....really should just say you're already removing it, if you have more than 60k on it, replace it entirely either OEM or aftermarket. Not doing that is a huge mistake. Noticed that the exhaust is completely blocking the transmission fill port -- this seems to be different than the other ZF8 videos. Is the 2016 unique? Does the exhaust have to be removed to access the transmission on a 2016?
You're listing the xDrive in your title! Same concept but it's a nightmare especially the driver side, actually you don't need to remove the driver's side bracket because you have to drop the subframe anyway
Wow I didn’t drop my subframe when I did it and maybe that’s why I had a heck of a time. how were you able to torque the bolt that connects the mount to the engine bracket?
@elvisd6691 I removed the transmission lines bracket which was in the way and I had room to insert an 8 points 7/8 inch wrench and with help of a towel on my palm I push it with all my powers to torque back in

Can you do it with a floor jack instead of a top mount engine support bracket? Where do you jack it at?

Sorry, I think it was 3/8 wrench, I kept trying until one fit, metric wrenches didn't work in that bolt
