Thank you for this recipe Fendy! 😍 I’m trying it now as I’m typing! I’m trying to put together a traditional Haitian meal for my mom’s graduation party next week! She’s going to be soooo impressed! (That is if I get all the recipes right!😂). Hey, do you know how to make Akasan WITHOUT milk?🙏🙏🙏 I’m been dying to have some! EVERY Haitian restaurant I go to does it with milk😒. Not the way the Machan Akasan Lady near my house in Haiti used to make it 😞. Please share that recipe if you have it!!!!🙏🙏🙏

Hey ! I was always taught to save my mushrooms after soaking them.. by just letting them dry in the sieve and freezing them for next time. I like how you blended the mushrooms and squeezed every bit of the juice out ! Do you save the mushrooms front there or do you throw them away. Please let me know! THX!
Also what’s in your Haitian spice ? Do you have a recipe for that ?
