Nah bro it's actually pretty easy because quests have pre set pathing so all you've gotta do is go to your jump location and put a timer for the moment the monster jumps off the edge, then calculate how long it takes to land, give yourself an extra second for wiggle room (because you can still hit him mid air thanks to hit boxes and animation timing)... Then all you do is stand at the top of your jump spot and press a button the moment your alarm goes off.

But even then you can just visually tell when you do it by looking at when the monster goes through and link it up with how much time is in the quest my checking your book, rinse and repeat until you get the outcome you desire, get views, get money. For a short video the 5 minutes of effort it took to set this up probably wasnt the hardest part.

I am proficient at every single weapon class in Monster hunter including the Insect glaive. In case you didn't know, the Insect Glaive is CONSISTENTLY THE LOWEST POSSIBLE DPS IN-GAME. I would never degrade myself by seriously relying on the insect glaive. What a pain to have Insect Glaive "Mains" show up to play.........the worst.when they try any other weapon they are just bait as they can't even do anything since they're so used to never actually learning the Monster movesets. UGH 🤢🤮

I don't even get how people can be this obsessed with putting others down, we all play the same game just with another play style. Wedge beetles in the cave next to Legiana nest take you up over the mountain side to a hidden path with parkour elements that will take you to the summit. It's also where you can get a rare wintermoon nettle for your room.
I had no idea it existed until I had to do the quest to unlock felyne safeguard, you have to find a rare item and I can’t remember exactly why but I had to go up to that hidden spot
I used to be that guy with the glaive. I'd stack my pollen, go off in the direction the team would try to drive it in. I'd sit, I'd wait, and as a monster rounded a turn or came through a tight passage, I'd suddenly be as airborne as my beetle. Good ol' Bug 'n Tug time. Could've been a fantastic aerial gank in Rise, but they made hunting too easy in general and blew the glaive senseless (I did love playing Spiderman: Monster Hunter, though).

I kinda wished that they gave us an assassin's creed type of layered armor with shadow Narguga as like a event quest or something for Sunbreak. Imagine having Sneak Attack dressed as an assassin

Compare to my play of dark souls series i have never been more happy and relieved that when i play monster hunter games theres no fall damage. Oh by the people who dont play dark souls yet - yes fall damage is the scariest thing to play in that game because it will loose you currencies and stuff and check point in that game is a bitch.

I’d recommend rise, it’s the newest game in the series building on its predecessors. Not to say it’s the best but it has the most quality of life changes and a lot of what was good from previous titles
