you know Chris, that guy with white shirt was in the video earlier when you walked in near to the Chinese beef roti restaurant. You always gave blessing to the people around the world, so you deserve to get the piece of love as well brother. Bravooo
Don’t worry, we Malaysian feel good giving to others, especially food. What goes around goes around. Whenever we have a chance, we’ll give, we never know when we need help from others. It’s like buying coffee in advance for people in front of you. Maybe 1 day you forgot your wallet, but someone in front paid for you.
Mr. Chris:Thanks you so much for this new remarkable video that was released yesterday’s from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with your best friend to tours this amazing Southeast Asian country in February of 2024❤❤❤
I loved the food in Malaysia. Would love to go back again one day. The reason the smoothy ingredients didn't mix is because of the density of the mango, the dragon fruit is much lighter, so sits on top. If you built the drink with Mango on top it would sink and you wouldn't get the two tone effect. It works with some cocktails as well, you can layer alcohol on top of each other depending on the density. Nice walking tour, thanks Guys 😊

For us, Malaysian, we just go to any of the malls, head to the food court, and you can find all kinds of food from the malays, penang, western, chinese, indian, japanese, korean, indonesian in one place. My favourite is a mixed rice meal at the malay Stalls.
We were in KL for a week after CNY and hoping to bump from anyone Fantastic Four of Malaysia vlogs (Chris, Solo, Ken, and Brad) but got no luck. Maybe nxt time:)
Most of the stall operators in Jalan Alor are manned by foreigners. Thats why for example at 10:20 that guy did not understand your query why that mango and red juice drink dont mix.
The green noodly thing is the cendol of which is made of pandan . Other thing inside the bowl is optional as they were compliments/extras to the cendol
The green stuff is actually the cendol itself, and the color green is from pandan leaves or screw pine leaves in English. And it's not brown sugar, it is palm sugar... hehehe~~~
@Gymson and now you know... hehehe... sometimes we also used brown sugar if we don't have palm sugar, but it rarely happens because we can get palm sugar from market to any upscale grocery store here in Malaysia...
@Gymson yeah that's for the best, never stop learning new things... you should visit East Malaysia, which is in Borneo Island. It's really a totally different vibes from what you've experienced in Peninsular Malaysia. Lemme know if you are coming ya, maybe we can meet up and chill out at the beach, drinking coconut and enjoying the sunset. Sabah have the most beautiful sunset in the world...
Woman selling chindall was smart.. Literally hypnotized customer particularly those who have handicapped of language. She just rings bell, nodded head and before customers asks any details she begins to make her product. Technically good for visitors but it would not work on locals.
Since Indonesia's independence, cendol has become known in various regions. The name of this drink varies according to region, such as in West Java it is called "Cendol" while in Central Java it is called "Es Dawet", especially in Banjarnegara Regency with the typical drink "Es Dawet Ayu". There is a popular belief in Indonesian society that the word "Cendol" comes from the word "Jendol" found in Sundanese and Javanese, which refers to the sensation of jendolan felt when drinking iced cendol.
