he has a very nice house. it would have been nice if he stated how much the house actually cost him. when he says it is about the same price if you had built it regular. some of us do not know how much a regular house cost to build in the Phillipines.

@@bryanveIoso thank you Bryan for the information. so, the house costs roughly $57,000 USD. I would like one built but in a different design and floor plan.
And fun fact, you can also build a house for only around $5000 USD, in the Philippines. But it's way smaller than that. Around 25 sqm. Studio type house with one restroom. Small, decent, but it's livable. :D

I inquired and it would cost me 1,2m for a fully designed house

Hows the security situation there. Nkktakot din pag ganyan kaganda ang bahay baka may magkainteres na nakawan ang bahay. Ok lang sana if may security guard na nagbabantay
