Nice home but wondering why this episode has to be titled "Bali-inspired"-besides maybe the outdoor curtains which also could be borrowed from turn-of-the-century 4-poster bed netting-and therefore, it could clearly be a very local (as in Modern Filipino) in look and feel, incorporating rural and urban materials and functions.
Coming from a video they titled 'minimalist scandinavian' 😂😅😂.

I think roughly 3m din nagastos nila dyan , dahil hindi naman kasama sa contract ng house ang poso negro , water lines , power lines , pool , interiors and exterior designs , etc ... and mainit pag walang aircon .. at dinig na dinig mo ang ulan sa loob ... pag malamig naman parang freezer ang loob , sabi nga mga engineers and Architects , good yan pag sa negosyo pero its a no no para gawin mong bahay 😅
Tama lang nagastos nila jan, probinsya yan, mas mura ang labor at materyales, 600k sa prefab at 500k sa bakod at iba. Mukhang di naman complicated yung ginawa nila para umabot ng 3m.

Your correct 370k plus appliances more or less 200K plus furniture 100K how about the extension kitchen T&B accessories more or less 500K included labor. How about the pool now 2mtr x 9 are cost 700K. I know this thing because just finished my prefab/extension house at my farm!
@@rommelcuizon8024 Ikaw ang over Exaggerated sa pag compute, ang liit nung kitchen 500k agad, Province yan, mura ang labor at materyales lalo na kung may kakilala kang foreman. 1.1 Million to 1.2, tama lang . Halos walang appliances para umabot ng 200k at 100k sa furniture, kahit yung flooring, semento lang na may design. Pang rich kid yung computation mo.
Before you want to build your own container home, I suggest you to first live in one for a few days. You will not be able to survive even a few hours without aircon. I don´t think this is the way to go for tropical countries.
