Nice birds, just a thing at the end, doesn't make any different because he could attack with the garuda x, but the garuda x effect to gives rush is at the moment it return something from the trash, since the phoenix was played after that effect, cannot applied to it.

This is incorrect. Garuda X and Sora both trigger at the same time as they have the same trigger condition, so you can sequence it so that Sora plays a body and then Garuda X gives it Rush.
