Delicious Curry Beef stew

Ingredients:
1 To 1.5 lbs of chuck roast
1 -32 oz beef broth + 1/2 cup water and 1 beef bouillon cube
4-cloves of chopped garlic
1-yellow medium onion
4-small carrots
2-large celery
4-medium russet potatoes
3/4 box of Golden Curry mix (use entire box if needed for thicker gravy)
Light Salt for beef -to taste
Light Pepper for beef -to taste
