Goldendoodles I have known have been more energetic and goofy, whereas my Labradoodle is very chill and makes a great companion. Note there is a big difference between a crossbreed and a multi generational dog who parents are both Labradoodles, their parents are Labradoodles etc. You will get a true Labradoodle.
I have a Golden Doodle named Lucy. She is the most loving dog I have ever had. One of her biggest flaws is that she is jealous of the other dogs. She doesn’t fight or show aggression she just wants to wiggle her way between me and them 🥰
I had a 40-45 lb black Labradoodle called Ceilidh (pronounced Kaylee). We purchased her at 11 months from a breeder in Oregon. We believe she was returned to the breeder as she was afraid of children. This did not bother us as we did not have any. She was a really great dog. She never destroyed anything in the house. Ceilidh passed on April 28,2023 she was just shy of her 16 yr birthday. We still have all her toys as she never destroyed her toys. We now have a mini red Labradoodle puppy 5 mths called Bella she is quite a handful, very intelligent and loves people and other dogs, although some of the older dogs turn away when they see her coming. We love Labradoodles and look forward to lots of fun time with Bella.
Wonderful video with full of essential info. I was wondering whether I will adopt a Goldendoodle or a Labradoodle , so this video is very useful for me. Thanks for sharing.
We have a cross-breed between a labradoodle and a goldendoodle. Of course he combines all good qualities :-)

So great. My daughter bought a golden 3 months. He is.wild! ❤
Sounds like a great pet for a first time owner.
Right?
Yes, except for the grooming piece. Daily grooming takes time and patience, not to mention training for both the puppy and the new owner.
