Respectfully at 0:50 you do appear to be popping out of the picture BUT the background is flat AF. First time I've seen it look like that. It looks like you are 3D in front of a flat picture of your room. It's weird. How did you get that to happen? Were when you switched to Sony at 2:27 then the background has depth now.
Difference between f1,2 and f1,8. At least at those distances quite close up, I find f1,2 kinda silly. It's great however when separating a subject from background AND foreground.
TTArtisans' are making moves for cheap glass, value seems really good. I do find the Nikon has more fine detail/contrast in the colours, well in your red shirt at least😅..watching this on a recently calibrated OLED monitor. The red also seems heavy on the vibrance./saturation, probably why it loses the fine details. Ps. When doing the Tony ball test, looks like your ZV-E1 has at least one dead pixel. Also looked like some schmooooo on your sensor. Looks like that 12MP sensor needs help, your A7S III had a similar issue. Maybe not perfect? Maybe reptillian controls, keeping your channel at bay?
How have you found the flicker on the Z6iii? Can see it a lot at 1:50 as a magenta/green shifting in the shadows. Really thinking about getting this body, but this 'issue' is putting me off atm.

Not for video. 7 Artisans adapter used to work, but not on the A7S III with new firmware, or my ZVE1. Manual focus only and you can't stop down the aperture. Sigma adapter lets you stop down, but no autofocus in video. Haven't found a good adapter.

@1:50 you have coffee grounds inside the lens hood, that could be why it doesn't fit properly. Or maybe it just shakes, but you also spilled coffee grounds into it like a filthy casual. Just a thought

On the subject of 3D pop you should look into the canon FD 55mm f1.2 Aspherical - nothing comes close to that, NOTHING. Can't afford it but the footage i've seen on youtube or the photos on flickr... OMG!
Darn it Kasey! I was ready to pull the trigger on a ZV-E1. But now I want the Z6III. The color science and the new vintage style lenses have convinced me. I've been a Nikon shooter since 2002 and I still use my D-7000. Yes, this lens has 3D Pop!

Why is there no way to redefine the sony colors into nikon's colors. That is assign whatever not-found-in-nature mess of wavelengths that the sony thought was red of your shirt, to what nikon saw as red, so the sony then knows what red is?

Honestly as good as your new camera sounds - I am not sure I could cope with a camera that does not give me the option of a view finder.
I only ever used the viewfinder for wildlife.
