    it was very difficult. But I knew it would be. This realization was the best "encouragement" for any effort I made during my medical and surgical education:
    "Unlike other subjects I have had to study, this one is the most IMPORTANT. I must actually LEARN this, because this is what I am going to do."
    Psychologically, if you truly understand that you must LEARN something to benefit humankind, it is both easier to learn and more gratifying when you do.

    This video brings me back to when I was studying in America and it was as easy as doing 20 problems or making some flash cards. Unfortunately, in other parts of the world it’s not so simple: so little of the study material is curated that you spend 90% of your time trying to figure out WHAT to study. The remaining time is devoted to cramming before the exam, and we all know how well that works.

    I’m going into uni this year and I just saw that I have lessons from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
    It takes about 2 hours for me to get home, change, eat and rest before I can even imagine studying again. By then it’s already 8:00 PM.
    I know how fast those lectures can go in uni and I can’t imagine being able to take enough notes during one to even remotely get what the lecture was all about. So I know that eventually at some point I’d have to take the time to summarise my lectures.
    I also know I can’t summarise in the weekends cuz if I want to practice active recall, I’d have to revise and actually study what I’ve summarised in the weekends.
    So that leaves me only with buisness days. The problem is that I’m not sure if I can keep up summarising a whole day of lectures in just two - three hours of time every week from monday to friday.
    I wanna work smart. What is the most realistic scedual anyone can offer someone who wants to make summaries and practice active recall with the little amount of spare time that I have?

    1. 1:48 - Pomodoro Method: Involves Studying for 25 Minutes & then taking a 5 Minute Break; Good for breaking down long sessions of work into smaller sessions; during the 5-minute break, try not looking at a screen, instead of doing something productive like walking or cleaning;
    2. 5:55- Feynman Technique: Involves explaining concepts & ideas in the simplest of ways (like explaining it to a child); To Implement this method:
    1. Identify the Information - What are you trying to learn
    2. How would you teach it? - Imagine explaining this concept to a friend. Avoid
    3. Did you find anything tough to explain? - If so, study what you didn't get until you can explain it in a simple manner
    4. Repeat steps 1-3
    3. 9:14 - Avoid These: Avoid the Following:
    1. Highlighting
    2. ReReading
    3. Summarizing
    4. 9:40 - Use These: Use the Following:
    1. Practice Testing: These can be Past Paper Tests, Textbook Questions, Online Questions
    2. Active Recall: This is when you have to use your brain to recall information; Use Anki to Recall the Information
    5. 11:20 - Spaced Repetition: Use Anki for Spaced Repetition
    6. 12:11 - Make Connections: Stems from Hebbian Theory (The More Connections we make to a piece of information, the more likely it is we retain that piece of information for a longer period of time): Make connections to the topic you're learning and connect to other topics you are learning (i.e. Make connections between facts and information in your brain)
    7. 13:00 - Plan: Plan Ahead, and be as specific as possible when planning, and plan for the next day, never plan on the day off for the day of
    8. 14:15 - Mnemonic Devices:
    Associate Certain things you have to memorize with certain places (e.g. the printer is on the stove); Useful for memorizing facts;
    Use Acronyms to help yourself memorize certain things
    Use Acrostycis which uses the first letter of a set of words to memorize something (similar to acronyms)
    Chunking the information into more manageable blocks (e.g when memorizing a phone number, you chunk it into groups of 3 or 4 numbers instead of 1 big group of 10 numbers)

      *What is the Gospel?*
      The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
      Ephesians 2:8-9
      For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
      Romans 10:9
      9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
      JESUS CHRIST can come anytime!
      REPENT OF YOUR SINS Just Believe ❤️ Love you and GOD BLESS

    May not be necessary, however, you may have mispoken the wavelengths of different visible light. The red lights has the longest wavelength, which is why stoplights have red lights to indicate "STOP" because our eyes could discern the light more from a distance compared to lights with shorter wavelnegths, such as the violet light. I am pointing this out to prevent any further misinformation in your video, considering they are helpful and well-thought. You are welcome :)
