I am petite and at 57 I've started wearing heels some of the time, they really make me feel better, more confident and more put together and medium block heels can be so comfortable, you forget you're wearing them. I also do calf-stretching exercises twice a week.

I could easily live in pajamas all day and putting on makeup is something I only do when I go to client meetings, town etc. I live remotely on a lake. These are wonderful tips that are definitely Worth incorporating. I feel so much better doing them and love wearing cream blush and wearing shoes with a small heel. It makes me feel more confident as well since I am short.

Yes these tips are great for when you find yourself in this situation of weight gain and not feeling so great. I think this is a great temporary fix until emotional eating (which we all do) can be dealt with and incorporating a little intermittent fasting helps greatly. Also decreasing carbs and sugar and increasing healthy fats, fiber, veggies, and moderate protein is key. Eating too frequently even if it’s considered “healthy foods” will elevate the fat storage hormone insulin. If your insulin is elevated your body won’t burn fat for fuel even if you only eat barely any calories.

That is a great time to use the white strips- I’m a hygienist and the crest strips are a great choice for whitening- they don’t have such a high bleach concentration that sensitive teeth are an issue. And, they will get your teeth as white as the in office types it may take a little longer as in 2 weeks vs 3 hrs- but hundreds of dollars saved!

Whatever I'm using on my face, I also use on the tops of my hands. My cleanser, moisturizer, balms, sunscreens, etc., all get rubbed into the tops of my hands as I'm applying to my face. Highly recommend!

I'd love a video that helps put together monochrome outfits. I was struggling with varying shades of olives earlier this season, but have figured out to keep the yellow and blue undertoned olives in separate outfits. With the Barbie pink trend this year, I have accumulated a lot of various shades of pink, rose, mauve, bright pink, etc and am having a hard time putting them together. I'm trying to find undertones but am struggling. I thought I'd ask you ladies, since Kelli is the queen of pink!

Great video, ladies. Two things that I wouldn’t bother with because, well, I’m cheap, uh, I mean frugal, are getting my nails done and self tanning. I’m Hispanic, but quite fair, and I don’t really care if I look light toned or darker in the summer. I loved the shoes you showed at the beginning and I loved the tops. Oh, something new I’ve tried are is the beach waves hairstyle. So far, so good.👍!

I'm coming up with all kinds of tricks to hydrate my skin, & body in this harsh dry climate in the Desert. Believe me, once you've done everything in Las Vegas that you can possibly do, it's just dry and very Extreme weather in both, Summer & Winter!😐 I even have to apply Moisterizer with a Q-tip in my ears!! No joke, that's my latest issue..

To keep the back of my hands from looking too o!d I have always applied my moisturizer to the back of my hand, then apply to my face. I make sure I have a little remaining so that I can smear it on back of both hands.

Omg, be careful with the jergens glow moisturizing lotion. For 2 months I was trying to figure out what the extremely itchy rash was from. I went to the doctor and they said they thought it was bug bites. So we sprayed the house with bug spray. I cleaned all my sheets and vacuumed my mattress and everything. Come to find out it was the jergens glow moisturizing lotion. I still have scabs from where I scratched so bad at the rash. Just a helpful hint because it took so long to figure out what it was.

During the summer we always decrease our videos to once a week so we can spend time with our family while the kids are out of school. Usually we go back to twice a week in August however since both of our oldest girls are heading off to college; we have to arrange moving them into their dorms so we won't be back to our regular schedule until September. 😊
I love the tan look but with the tan stuff i find my skin tints any white clothing. I find my white shirts and dresses are all tinted in the under arm and neck areas which stinks
Yes, that can sometimes be tricky. I've found it helps a little if I put the lotion on first and then do hair and makeup in my robe and dress at the very end. Sometimes letting the lotion sit helps it not to transfer so much.

Straight leg jeans are NOT your friend, Christina. Especially cropped ones. Just because it’s “on trend” doesn’t mean it works for everybody. It definitely does not work for your body type. I’m so sorry, I know they’re cute and all but they actually make you look short and dumpy. It gives the appearance that you have absolutely no shape and you just end up looking like a walking square, squat block. I say this because I am shaped just like you. I KNOW you can do better to make yourself appear slimmer and taller. I know this because I have. It’s amazing what a few tweaks can do. On the same day, I can go from looking short and squat to tall and lean, 10 pounds lighter and with legs for days! My before and after pictures on the same day with different outfits could look like before and after photos for a weight loss product…no joke. Watch out for those trends…so many of them are so tempting and fun but DEFINITELY do not work for everyone.
Agree ! A slightly longer pant + a slight heel can instantly lengthen & slim . At 5'3" , size 2 / 4 , I too speak fr. experience - the mirrors & pics easily show the differences . Also , ripped jeans and / or frayed , unfinished hems really don't help us look our best ; much too " working- in - the- yard " casual or " I'm- trying - to - look - younger - by -being -trendy " ! 😂 Just as easy to put on a longer pant or nicer jeans as the not so flattering ones . That's the point of your video , right ? - an easy way to elevate our look ! 🥰
