It's kind of interesting but Whoopi Goldberg even pointed out (though not with the same intent as me paraphrasing her) that the Nazi's weren't racist because it was white on white violence... I'm stating that the left's rhetoric is essentially the same as the Nazi rhetoric and that it is still completely racist. It's just the same in the sense that it now just targets specifically white Christians rather than German Jews (some factions also target Israel apparently but the left is fractured on that). So to summarize it has elements of both racism and sectarianism just like the Nazis which is why you see this white on white hate crime just like this.

If the shooter's friend had foreknowledge of the massacre and said nothing to the authorities, then that friend should be held liable and charged as an accomplice.
They were only told something bad would happen, & they did immediately report it to the police. The police reportedly didn’t show up to check it out until later that day. Long after the shooting happened.
I was kind of wondering the same thing, like, couldn't they be labelled an accessory? Did they actually get told the shooter was going to try to shoot a bunch of people? And believe they were telling the truth? Of course, if they were their friend, and a close enough friend to be told this, they probably didn't have a big problem with this plan in the first place, and would also happily lie about their involvement to the authorities and say they didn't think they were serious...
Imagine a different scenario, where the fiend talks him out of it, but your law applies; the friend turns him in for thought crime, and the messed up kid is even more determined and less likely to talk about it.
I disagree completely and think the fact that so many are "mandatory reporters" is part of the problem. Stigma and having to mince words is bad, we should make help easier to get help and talk, not more risky abd difficult.

Try to talk him out of it, if it seems like he's still determined, then report it. Also, it's not like he's going down for life if he hasn't actually committed anything. If he didn't commit any crime, the most likely outcome is they try to get him therapy.

In ALL school shootings it has been a mental health issue, and All the shooters were on experimental psychiatric drugs that made them delusional and unhinged. Just because somebody is Trans doesn't mean they're all going to hate white kids. Clearly the shooter had issues with that school she attended and how the teachers treated her, AND she was on SSRI uptake anti-depressants that cause psychosis, not racism.
At SDSU back in 1995 a "guest speaker" lesbian trashed her own car in the parking structure. A camera and witness saw her doing it. And even though she had filed and signed a false report blaming unknown persons (a felony act) the campus police refused to charge her. Part of what she spray painted BTW was the structure itself. I'm 32. When I was as young as 8 or 9, I had to do chores, including going out to feed and water the cows. If I didn't do it by the time my father got home from work, I got my ass whooped and didn't eat until those cows did. All this bs encouragement is part of the problem. Kids need responsibilities, and consequences when they don't do them. And not a simple talking to.

I think most of us knew what was going to be in her manifesto. She also allegedly told a friend about her intentions and that person never reported it .They didn't classify the Waukesha Wisconsin parade massacre as a racially motivated hate crime either but of course it was too.

The lawyers are, not necessarily the families. The police may have even had a "talk" to the family to make sure they shut up.

I could be mistaken but I thought one victim was a black man. Maybe the authorities tried to convince families that it negated the racism. Although, that man who committed a hate crime against Hispanic people also killed white people. It was still considered a hate crime.
Maybe the Christian desire for peace was invoked while ignoring the importance of truth and transparency.
I would love to hear the families' response to why they went along with censorship.
There is also the slight possibility that it was a parent who leaked the documents.
Based on the evidence so far, it was ONE parent of one of the children in the school who didn't get hurt (thank god) who is saying he "represents all the parents". Same person contradicts himself on camera though, from what I gather, and there seems to be a political angle too. IMO, any sane parent who lost a child to injustice like this, and who would allow themselves and the memory of their children, to be used by people with corrupt political intentions are deplorable. But we don't have any evidence of any of that, and honestly, I don't care because it clearly doesn't matter. The victims are dead. The criminal is dead. If people are being targeted by murderers who follow specific targeting keywords, the people need to know in order to take steps to protect themselves and their families. That's the most important thing in order to prevent another tragedy from happening. Guns are bad? Ban all guns from the people's hands? Well, this exposé shows that mass murderers like this one seem to prefer targets who are unarmed and in a place that is unarmed and unprotected. Puts a HUGE fvcking wrench on the anti-gun, anti-hardened schools rhetoric, doesn't it? So what do we do to reduce or prevent future attacks like this? Arm the populace. Harden the schools.
FBI has no jurisdiction due to it "not being a terrorist situation", but has the authority to suppress the information.
