I am playing my first season in the first team now and the one advice I got the most from my older teammates is that as a midfielder you always need to know what you are going to do if you get the ball. Anticipating and being a second ahead. To improve that I got the advice to always look behind me over my shoulder whenever I don’t have the ball.

Play simple and look at your back everytime,have a discipline,work hard at the gym ,in the pitch, and always do simple things, simple things its the key in this sport .

My best advice is not to stress, look for option before you get the ball, know you have opinions on the field

The new advice I have learned is if your a midfielder to learn and go back and defend alot that's one thing I need to do is go back and if your fanstic at football and you play football 24/7 and if your defense is shit go back and help out and if your a quick runner and if your team is on the counter attack and you play in a role of counter midfield attack and counter cf attack and striker and you a midfielder make uses of you center forward and striker experience to help your main striker in your team

#FOOTBALL I have cerebral palasy ( Its wear my hamstrings are tight but I work hard and had surgery so they aren’t as bad) I feel like I’m not improving and my shot is bad I’m decently fast, I’ve tried out twice my coach said I’m a hard worker but I still don’t make the team. House league where I am is terrible you don’t get any practice the coaches don’t help. Do you know anyway you can get a better shot and having a better chance making tryouts?
