I agree with your comments, I mostly fly my tipplers and once in a while we have a very small pigeon show in my area with minimum competitors. I feel like I've discovered a whole new world. I see pigeons every day around the city but never appreciated the diversity. You seem to love what you do and the birds seem happy. Bro I see u doing big things and I agree we do with our birds what we fee we need to do, this year I flew my black family and they did there thing, and in that lol stock I had multiple GRAN CHAMPIONS and also a ton of first places but ultimately we do what we wanna do... If your scared to loose birds then don't let em out and if u wanna keep your best indoors and fly the babies also up to u..... Thank You Bro. Yea it would have been dumb on my part to fly anything I had at the beginning because I wouldn't have been able to build my little line. Bred a good bunch last year and flew everything. Between the hawk and sickness I was basically wiped out of all my babies. You live and you learn..
Ok NOW I understand what a grizzle is. Previously I thought the pattern of the prints was grizzle… the ones with all the green and white spotting on the collars. But it’s the bars on the the wings combined w/ those blended patterns that let it got the name grizzle. ( I know not the blue bars, white bars, choc. Bars etc.) confusing lol. I just keep my birds for enjoying them in the loft and aviaries. I always was for the owls, tumblers for the smaller breeds, but ALL of you guys got me into the tipplers. I’m crazy for this breed now!

Well for me there's a method to my madness. Lmao.. I whistle while their in the coop every time I feed them because I want the young ones to know that every time I do so and shake my feeding can they are going to get food. On the flip side when I begin to train them they will hopefully trap quicker. Which in the past its worked. As far as Tipplers and Tipplets ..... Tipplets would be the proper name and growing up in New York as a kid we always called them Tipplers. Even till today.. I basically put both words on Description so any one searching either word could find the Video..

I would say it's all up to you. I prefer Tipplets over flights and I would say that the Tipplets would fly longer. What I've learned throughout the years is that each particular breed has different flight patterns. If I were you I would stay with one breed of pigeon and perfect that first before you introduce a different breed. Of course I do not know your level of expertise of handling pigeons and the sort but that's just me. Egyptian swifts are cool and all over RUclips I've seen people do different things with them. Me my self my first Love are Hommers, then Tipplets and Rollers. And Thank You. Where are you located?
