This is a great tool and I bought 2. The second pair I turned into an "Armbar" by moving all the tools to one side. Everything locks keeping the pocket clip and dumping the file. An easy mod if anyone wants to try it.
BEWARE - this is a LIGHTWEIGHT multitool, at best! The metal backplates of the handles, which hold the pliers head in place WILL NOT hold in high tension situations. Mine broke the very first time I put a significant amount of pressure on it. I ended up modding it into a pocket clip tool with everything but the pliers in the side that did not break. If not for this one design flaw, this would be a great budget tool.
@@hvacbudget8600 , I did not take it back, though it's Walmart, so I probably could have. Even if I had, the weakness with the pliers would remain, so I turned it into something that I hope will be more useful, for me. Came out pretty nice too.
Bought one, it had a visible crack in the pliers joint. It seems that Ozark Trail has no quality control to miss that. How can I trust any of its tools after that?
Funny, bc I bought this today (which is why I’m watching this). But I put it my pocket, then started looking for it before realizing it was in my pocket. Maybe it’s bc I used the pocket clip, or maybe it’s bc I EDC several items daily. In any case, I’m semi-happy with the purchase; I might have to go back and exchange it bc when it’s closed, it’s kind of loose and opens up from the side where the pliers emerge). Or maybe it’s supposed to be like that. I don’t know; this is my first full-size multi tool
Walmart sells the multiforce online as well at least in the US Ebay has several different vendors selling the multiforce. Aliexpress sells the Diacamping 18 in 1 Multitool which is another name for the same tool I hope this helps. Ebay and Aliexpress I believe do a lot of international shipping. I am not sure about Walmart.
It is pretty strong. It is a little thinner than the Leatherman Wingman pocket clip but heavier duty than the Gerber Suspension. It has very strong retention.
Leatherman has just raised their prices and is discontinuing, or at the least experiencing many supply issues, causing many multitools to be unavailable. A Leatherman Wave will cost more than twice as much.

Very Nice!!
I've always wondered about that one since I saw it a few months ago! Thanks for making a video about it!
It's really a great option for those who can't quite see paying $100 for the Leatherman Wave.

To bad to hear about yours breaking. Did you try to use the warranty at all? I think I have heard that is an issue in some with the pliers.

@@bereadyeveryday6764 Very nice!
Thanks for info!

Wow that's pretty bad. That seems to be more of an issue than previously known!

I have two multiforce tools. One swings open a bit the other does not. You might be able to tighten the pivots?
@@hvacbudget8600 yes; my thoughts also. I shall try!
Excelente multiherramienta, conoce algún vendedor que envíe a México? Lamentablemente no está disponible en Amazon

Do you know a deep pocket clip compatible with the Ozark Trail Multiforce?
I'm not sure. I saw some deep carry clips on Amazon but Etsy might have some that would work.
How strong is the pocket clip. Strong or wimpy 🦉

Cool
Thank you!

37$? Just a little bit more money you can buy a leatherman.

Where can you buy a leatherman with a toolset similar to this one for little over $37? Wave costs 70 minimum
