  • When patients come and tell me they have thyroid, low energy, metabolism issues in spite of eating and doing everything else correctly, I ask them one question - How is your sleep hygiene?And usually it turns out that they are sleep deprived, have irregular sleep patterns or go to bed very late at night. This is a correlation I have come across repeatedly in my practice.
