Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cups of Plain (All purpose) Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil free)*
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 Cup Non-Dairy Milk (Almond and Coconut tastes best)
1 cup dairy free chic chips

WHY PALM OIL FREE?
The industry is linked to major issues such as deforestation, habitat degradation, climate change, animal cruelty and indigenous rights abuses in the countries where it is produced, as the land and forests must be cleared for the development of the oil palm plantations. According to the World Wildlife Fund, an area the equivalent size of 300 football fields of rainforest is cleared each hour to make way for palm oil production. This large-scale deforestation is pushing many species to extinction, and findings show that if nothing changes species like the orangutan could become extinct in the wild within the next 5-10 years, and Sumatran tigers less than 3 years.

+saragog I only have vegan food in my house (besides my dogs/cat food). My daughter knows why we're vegan, but I can't control what happens at school. I am lucky that she has two other Vegan classmates and they all support each other.

Fun fact u can also use pretty much any fruit as egg replacement in baking, Apple sauce is the least flavor changing. I make vegan baked goods for a living

I don't know exactly what is avalible in Australia, but have you tried some of the organic coconut flours and some organic raw sugars or other plant sugars. These look great already, but just thinking of allergies and chemicals. Thank you!

THANK YOU so much for mentioning palm oil. It truly might as well be made from orangutans, the production of palm oil directly results in the destruction of this amazing primate. Being a vegan shouldn't just mean not consuming or using animal products, people should become more aware of where and how some of these items are made and how it effects the habitats of animals, too.

Since I live in the UK we don't have almond/coconut milk here, is there another soya milk you could suggest?

Please read in the description box. Basically, palm oil farming is responsible for some of the biggest habitat loss in the world, and the death of many endangered species.
