At a certain level, you just do your best, show due diligence and enjoy your lives. Put a stack of official forms in their face if they ask for them. You've certainly shown due diligence.
We had exactly the same issue when we landed in France with the AHC. We did the same and got our dog the EU Spanish pet passport. As if our dog has more travel rights than us! It’s such a joke all the paperwork and then they not care , is very frustrating !! We’ve put rope on ours and then hang it off over the boat. What a cute doggie 🐶
Yehhhhh, I think we are just going to sort of give up with the health certificates now. Everyone time we've done one, nobody checks it the other side, they cost money to sort, and its extra stress as they are only valid for 10 days, or 3 days for Morocco. For the artificial grass we found a puppy training plastic tray, which pinches the grass and holds it in the tray, and we've drilled a hole through the tray in a way that it doesn't leak onto the deck, and its now on a rope. So we can just chuck the whole tray over the edge, and its such a game changer. Much better than what we were doing!
Yeh need a titre test to prove rabies vaccination has worked. Nobody has ever checked any of our paperwork though. Not so fun if you don’t have the test and somebody does want to check though!
Hey David - thanks for watching ☺️ that’s exactly what we do now. We found a puppy training plastic tray, we put the artificial grass in there and it cinches into place. It’s much better. We just thought it was a lot to try and explain in an already long video 😂 I have to say though it took way longer to figure out that solution than it’s taken you 😂
Bro I just going to leave my dog on the boat, get my visa and go about my fucking life. I doubt that any one will take another look at you and your dog. Doubt every cop on the street will say " hey you, I know you just arrived by boat, and that must be a foreign dog!" LOL no one's going to bother you
It only takes one official to do everything by the book “official” and then the dog is quarantined or deported. A pretty big risk to take with a member of the family. We have stopped bothering “checking in” Walter into various countries but we do make sure he has all the vaccinations including rabies titer test just in case anyone questioned it.

I thinks that’s our plan in the future we are going to stop telling everyone we have a dog. If they ask, sure, here’s all the paperwork go ahead. 😊
Beautiful Visla .
Hank is probably my favourite dog in the world 🌎 but you guys have to be on a level footing, well done 👏
Haha thanks Philip, we will keep working at it 😝
Lucky dog, but worth it, just for the alarm value alone, not to mention the mental therapy.
Cute dog, and good on you for taking him along on your adventure!
He is a very well travelled pup 🧡

Did you need the Titus test? We were told we needed one for our cat to go to Israel. Nothing was ever checked and we never needed it!

@@sailingnendaz definitely....sods law!
‘We have dogs too’ ☠️☠️☠️
Yeah …..cost us €500 to take on a Greek street cat! Passport, vaccinations etc.
Call me crazy, but couldn't you put that carpet in a flat tray, like a lid to a big plastic tub.
