I need to update my phone number and email on Instagram but when I try to open Instagram it takes me to a page to verify who I am and want to email me or send a text but it won't let me input the update. I don't have the phone with the old phone number and I don't use the old email so I totally forgot the pw. That email is linked with the old phone number. Do you have any Idea how I can get back on?
