@@opusardar5850 all Xiaomi/poco/redmi/blackshark with all variant of rom which is chinese,eea, india, and also global can unlock bootloader.. Just download Xiaomi community apps then request unlock bootloader inside the apps

The only way to get root is by unlocking the bootloader
