Tells me you don't know much about basketball. The clock stopped at 2.4 or 2.6 after the whistle, but that doesn't mean that's the exact time the contact occurred. After they reviewed the play, it was determined that the contact occurred with 3.0 seconds left on the clock.
By the way, Jimmy also got away with double dribble on that play prior to being fouled by Horford.
