I wouldn’t compare it with Chiang Mai Thailand from where I can see it gets maybe a little bit hotter and they have the burn season where the air quality is not as good at that time of year so that’s a downside to change my

Hello, my auntie who is living in Da nang (she is a local) told me that Da nang and other cities in Vietnam are not so safe for a foreigner solo female. There are many stories where people approach them to have bad intentions (Raping, killing, stealing, etc.) Since she said that, I am really scared to move to Da nang now… I was planning to live there for 6 months (I am currently living abroad). Take a rent alone and meet my family who is living in the city from time to time. But my auntie said it is still unsafe for me as I won’t live with them… In your video, the lady said that Vietnam is very safe. So I don’t know what to do… should I still go? Thank you for your interesting video though !

Your auntie is very kind and probably wants what’s best for you. But as a woman myself, I never felt scared in Da Nang. And I’ve lived in big cities in Europe where I would be scared to go outside after dark alone. But here, at least in the neighborhood where many foreigners and tourists are staying, I always feel safe and never heard of anyone being attacked.

It's unfortunate how animal lives and pets are treated Asia in general. I couldn't ignore this culture. I've written to Vietnamese officials and news organization voicing my concern. They took heed from me when I talked about how it affected tourism. They agreed with me from economic perspectives. When you talk about bottom line, how much money they could lose or could get rather, they listen. So please everyone , write to them.

Yes, I made a video at the international hospital where my insurance company sent me. I would assume that a local hospital is different. But that’s everywhere.
