Really good restaurant reviews. Thanks
You are welcome!
Hi Olga, that was a very interesting and thorough glimpse into life in Danang as a foreigner. I appreciate the effort and time that you put into producing your videos and also that you share a lot of very useful info. Thank you !
Glad it was helpful!
This is a pretty informative and comprehensive. Good job.
Thanks!
Thank you, much appreciated! If you want to get the Guide and join the chat, send me an email to mail @ olgapronkina.com
I'll be happy to help make your trip to Da Nang better.
@@OlgaProGoingPlaces Hi Olga, I will join up when I can rebook for Da Nang, that was my intention, but it could be a long way off so I thought a gift would be better for now.
no worries, in the Guide you can get more info to prepare for the trip, about when is the best time to come, how to apply for visa etc. And in the chat you can ask me any other questions. I would send it to you for free as a thank you for the donation.
Great video Olga and Rene.
Every time I watch one of your videos at a particular place, you do such an extensive and excellent job with all the information one would want to settle in it that in my head I say, well I think this it they’re going to stop here permanently.
However, after a long while you surprise us by telling us,we’re moving again and going to…..You must have ITCHY FEET LIKE ME 😂
Thank you! I would say for us it's less itchy feet and more the changing circumstances - like residency permits/visas etc. I think we would've stayed in Antalya if it was possible. But by now Da Nang became our homebase and so far things are changing for the better here. There are talks that Vietnamese government wants to introduce digital nomad and retirement visas too.
Very good presentation und interesting! Thank you. ❤
Wow Olga, looks like an impressive compilation!.Looking forward to digging into it. Thanks!
Great job, Olga! Very nice comprehensive video with information on almost everything! Are you guys planning to stay there much longer?
Very informative video and the prices are just about 10% of what it costs to live in Las Vegas. Banh Mi avg cost here is between $8-$12 and Pho is anywhere from $10-$20. Crazy! Thank you or cám ơn!
Hi Olga, When I saw that this video was nearly two hours, I thought that I would watch it in parts, when I had time, but it was so interesting and the time went so quickly I watched it all in at the same time. I have to give you 10 out of 10 for a great production. My wife and I had a trip booked to Danang for May this year, but had to cancel it as my wife’s mother is very old. We can’t wait to visit, Danang looks great. One more thing, I really do not like the way the west portrays Russians. Olga the doctor seems like a very nice lady, and I am sure typical of Russian people in general. Kindest Regards Phil and Gloria.
Thank you! I hope you will get to visit Da Nang soon!
great information Olga.Thank you for sharing! I have just subscribed to your channel.
Thanks for subbing!
Olga the food prices you mentioned now are cheap, you have to come and check Istanbul, food under 10$~15$ is impossible, ive been living in ist for 3~4 years, and the country has gone crazy with the pricing of things
Wow that’s crazy 😳
Sounds crazy, I remember a couple years back in lokanta we would spend about $5/person fo food. 10$-15$ was at nicer restaurants
Great video thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Lý do thứ hai tôi đi. Đầu tiên là những người rất tốt.
You Can try other Apartment Rent ..very Cheap ...
How safe is food in Veitnam? Is it easy to still get food poisoning??
In my opinion in Vietnam it’s similar to Thailand, and better than in India or Philippines. In a year I did not get a serious food poisoning, but we do cook at home about half the time and drink bottled water
dont eat street food or broken down look restaurant and you be fine.
Отлично Ольга!

Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ
It's sad to see that digital nomads (including RUclipsrs) add to the gentrification problem in local societies of developing countries. For you it might be a great bargain to live in a poor country when you make your money as a digital nomad and get paid in dollars or Euros. The local people suffer from hiking prices for rents and groceries. That's unfortunate for the people who then can't afford to live in the areas where they have been born and raised. It's something I see in many videos like this. At least you enjoy your life.
prices for pasta, steak, salmon are no different to provincial Germany, maybe more expensive if you are also comparing on quality, organic etc..
those are imported Western products, I’m surprised they are not more expensive than in Germany :) Also Da Nang has 1 mln population, it’s not a provincial town
Price for pasta in Germany should be compared to the price for rice noodles in Vietnam to make a fair comparison
how do you have 6 months visa?
Right now there are 3 month visas and you can get a new one after that. Also you can apply for a student visa or start a business
@@OlgaProGoingPlaces nice thanks! do you know where I can find info about start a business there please? how is opening a business there playout with your residency there?
What about the visa? After 90 days you leave then what is the paperwork to re-enter?
same paperwork to re-enter. online application and payment
@OlgaProGoingPlaces How many days do you need to leave the country? Is just a day or two OK for Visa run?
🌻🌻🌻👍💖👍🙏
You already posted this video before, right? 🤔
This is a documentary I set out to do back in December (I talked about it here ruclips.net/video/OMflGKYO3-E/видео.html). I posted parts of it over the last months and now finally it’s done :)
bro thats 2 hours, thats a movie bro, make us 10 min videos we can watch three times a week plz... btw love ur vids
👍👍🤣🤣
Too bad. There is no warehouse like Costco in the U.S.
There are 2 big supermarkets, and if you can’t find something there it’s easy to order online from a local warehouse or from China. Literally anything you can think of can be ordered with fast delivery and cheap price (if made locally or in China). And also a ticket to KL/BKK is 50USD - there we can shop till we drop 😆
Personally I found that I shop much less in Da Nang, which saves money of course, but it also made me realize that I don’t need to buy so much stuff actually :)
Ha ha, you should go to Vietnam immediately for opening your eyes.
When I travel all the way to Southeast Asia, I wouldn't want to see a replication of my home country. Travelling to another country is purely for the sake of a new experience and never for an extension of my regular experiences in my home country!
Cool
