Now in 2024 Lucy the Elephant is still in Northern Canada as a lone elephant. Decades of fighting for her freedom. It is so sad the EVZOO denies her Sanctuary. It is so cruel! I hope people haven't given up on trying to release her. 💔 She deserves her happiness.
