I'm not a huge fan of grunge, alt rock, hardcore, or industrial music.....but for some reason I love this band and this album is blowing my mind. I'm not a NIN fan, but the way Code Orange use their influences to create something different and unique is why critics and people love them. A lot of bands blend genres and use elements of others, but not many can use it to create something new and that is why this band is great.

About a month later they released this album and I am guessing he had already known the impact it would make. I dig this shit and I can even hear influences from 90s and 2000s. This band makes me feel like my generation has a chance. \m/
Imagine being at one of their shows when this new album comes out. The ending buildup starts and they hold onto it for an extra few seconds before that final breakdown hits. Judgment day comes, the ground cracks and the venue falls down the rabbit hole.

And now it is in this one too but the lines different from the songs are showing different meanings, as like a next part to something. This song and autumn and carbine had me vibing back when this album came out. Was going through a tough time so I appreciated the soul coming through clutch. Through this you gained a life long fan. I also like the older stuff. :)

I truly appreciate that they put any song they think sounds good on their albums. It's painful when bands feel like they are putting out songs that "fit" into what they think the public wants their niche to be. Whether the song is actually good or not.
I don't love what they do to her voice on A Sliver but everywhere else on the album is just incredible. She's like a Shirley Manson with even more power.
Really wish there was more positive comments instead of so many people stating their negative opinions like it actually matters or makes a difference simply because technology allows them to think they have a voice in the age of social media and RUclips comment sections. Sometimes just listening to the song and moving on with your life is the better option.
