Can’t believe somebody considers the rental income from the apartments a negative.
It would g a long way to supporting the running cost of this stunning home. Makes me consider moving gorgeous ❤
Indeed, we are surprised that one could complain about a bonus feature: an independent house, with its own gate, spanning 300m² and fully equipped, being included in the price. Additionally, the building opposite the château, behind the row of trees, which contains 10 apartments-8 of which are already rented-is also part of the offer. And, in fact, it’s not an issue at all since these can be purchased separately if desired. It's the art of finding something to criticize when you're being presented with the crème de la crème of what French real estate has to offer.

Verily a marvel to behold and what is most shocking is the asking price.This is an estate that that blows the mind.
What shocks me the most is the fact that it doesn't even have a swimming pool, for this asking price and the fact that there is virtually constant rental at the apartments, I would expect at the very least a swimming pool.
What a beautiful Chateau! The interior compliments the exterior perfectly. I do wish you had shown us the top floor to tease our imaginations.... And I do wish you had shown us the downstairs with the kitchen.
It appeals to me that it sits on 10ha of land (though 2, 3, 4 or more times that would be appropriate.

Beautiful rooms, but why did you avoid showing the kitchen on ground floor, most of the footage was repeating the 2 sitting rooms. If you have all that time, show us all the rooms so we get a good survey. 350sqm should have more to see.

What, no kitchen? Most important room in the house. And it is a beautiful house. What about that sweet bird, is he left all alone there?
Of course, this château, which includes all modern comforts like insulation, double glazing, etc., has a kitchen-actually, it has two. The first is located behind the large dining room, and the second is in a semi-basement, next to the fine wine cellar, complete with a bar to enjoy a good vintage with friends. But I had to leave a few surprises for those genuinely interested in this beautiful château. For example, I haven’t shown the 300m² villa or the perfectly maintained caretaker’s house, nor the top floor with its 350m². The place is vast and truly deserves a visit to appreciate its grandeur. It’s a real bargain when you consider everything it offers for the price listed on our website.
Your previous comment on another video asked about the renovation budget for a château that needed work. Well, as you can see here, everything is already done, and tastefully so. As for the bird, it spends its time with the owners who adore it; it is cherished and free. Wrong, he's French, and they bought the property more than 30 years ago, as a holiday home. many elements like the magnificent stained-glass are original, or the fireplaces, or flooring.

OMG it was sooooooo perfect until you pointed out the literal apartment complex right on the property, adjacent to the main house???? Headaches galore!!!! I was once married to a slum lord I don't care where you are, in the world, rentals are problematic. I feel, if you can afford this home you really don't need to supplement rental money for the upkeep-seems a little ....
So, there's absolutely no obligation to continue renting out these apartments. In fact, they might not even be included in the sale, but they do generate a very comfortable income. Additionally, these apartments have a separate driveway, with a wall and a hedge of trees that completely hide them from the château. Furthermore, there’s also a fully independent 300m2 house, fully equipped, with its own entrance and gate, which again, is perfect either for renting out or for hosting family and friends. It's currently unoccupied. In short, having these outbuildings and so many possibilities is not an issue at all, but rather a huge plus for this property, which is already extremely well-priced. And contrary to your statement, we have many clients who, while very financially comfortable, are happy to generate additional income when they arrive in France, either through long-term rentals or through tourism-related activities. What is the point ? It can be sold with or without them, but they generate a really comfortable income, so that’s the cherry 🍒 on top ! Which is why we kept it for the end.
