The Track and the Animation are Perfectly synced in so many places, all the 🎶BEHOLD THE KING🎶s, So Many Metal Sonic moments, the Death Egg reveal 🎶Two kings killing for the Crown🎶, the final blow and impact, and that entire sequence from Fury Bowser's entrance all the way to Super Neo Metal and Shadow Mario's clash was so perfectly synced I'm genuinely curious if Brandon built the entire track around the fight or Morø is that crazy to build the fight around the Track, most likely the former but could you imagine the latter being the case

Fifth "Behold the King": Bowser and Jr _getting back up._ The King indeed.
This fight was so amazing! I personally think Super Neo Metal should have just eventually won it for Eggman, but the rest of the logic and Bowser and Eggmans trump cards evening each other out were perfect research. This fight simply further exemplified how Bowser and Eggman are both gigachad villains of gaming!
To be Fair Eggman had Ego get the best of em. They could have had Infinite and Metal(Already Powered up to NEO) attack at the same time. Sure Infinite gets countered by King Boo spawning a thwomp on top of em due to the gravity increase but Metal can just keep em occupied so that can’t happen. One at a time like Eggman did just got them picked off leading to what happened.
@ I actually have been thinking the same since the battle came out. If Eggman, like death battle said he wouldn’t, prioritized teamwork between his forces he definitely could have won. It is in no way certain, but Neo and Infinite covering each other would have hard carried.

While I love the song my only gripe is that eggman doesn’t really fit the “king” title that bowser does. While he is a egomaniac like a tyrant he’s more so like a dictator than a ruler
This match was a real flipped equivalent on Mario vs Sonic 2018; for good...and for bad. The combatants, while not city level anymore, were still pretty lowballed; and with enough powers left out or written off that…I won’t say the conclusion is wrong, but I am unconvinced. Especially when I can safely say Bowser didn’t really face the best the Eggman Empire could've put forth. Still, fire animation, fire song, epic battle, it’s good for what it is as long as you don’t care about that other stuff. And the community was so cool in this match’s build up that…I’m doing my best to like the fight for what it is. I just hope one day someone makes a Bowser vs Eggman army animation where either a) Eggman wins, or b) Eggman uses enough of his modern resources that Bowser feels like he earned his win. (There's like 3 big ones on RUclips now that don't really scratch the criteria for me.)
There are alternate scenarios that they show in the post analysis and explain in the black boxes why bowser can trump anything eggman could throw at him. Also theres no way they would be able to fit everything they have into one fight due to how much they both have.
@@DeathBattleFan-wi4cc Well sure, other options are shown being used...one at a time, with the perfect counter lined up to one-shot Eggman. But at the same time, Eggman has counters to transmutation, the Wonder flower in specific, Star Rod, Dream Stone, Pure Hearts, even just item theft. So where does that leave us? Well I'll tell you; it leaves us with stuff like that not really being considered, nor is Bowser asked in any scenario to handle any of Eggman's really good stuff more than one at a time. (Let alone the proper fight where he isn't asked to fight _any_ of Eggman's eally good stuff; not unless you feel Super Neo's as strong as Super Sonic despite only having faced Base Sonic.) Thus, Bowser does not feel like he definitively won or that he earned his win, because in no scenario did he feel like he was facing an Eggman who was trying to put more than a fraction of what he could have in front of Bowser.

@@DeathBattleFan-wi4cc Well there's all his Super Sonic tier stuff; Super Eggman & Time Eater of course, but also Egg Salamander, Egg Wizard, and maybe Metal Overlord depending on if you think Super Neo actually scales to Super Sonic or not when he only fought base Sonic. More specifically, there's how Eggman can get all of these guys out at once with a few Egg-Robots instead sending them out one at a time to get once-shot by a perfect counter in those alternate scenarios. (And that's without factoring in the Titans Sage can summon, whereas a lot of people thought she should _at least_ get Supreme.) That's generally the "really good stuff" I was talking about, but if I may ramble on a bit more: There's also actually _using_ the powers of the Emeralds, Time Stones, heck, even using the Phantom Ruby for more than a...gravity attack? I think? Sure, Bowser's abilities are more natural, but the Emeralds & Time stones time manip makes up for it by being generally better. (Also it actually is just inherent for Metal, he doesn't need an Emerald for it. Might not need one for other Emerald powers either.) The Emerald's restoration powers are good answers to Bowser's transmutation and other debuffs, and the Emeralds have some slight resistance to reality warping that they grant to their users to help survive wish stuff. Then there's Sage' Cyber Space stuff. Yes Bowser and a few of his guys can come and go as they please so they can't really be trapped, but that's about where their counters end. Sage can also inflict Cyber Corruption, for which effects range from mildly weakening at best, to turning your soul into a holographic projection separate from your real body so you're out of the fight even if you leave Cyber Space at worst. Also anyone who goes to Cyber Space has their memories added to it's data, which would really help Sage figure out Bowser's arsenal and run her simulations. And lastly, Sage's ability to also warp allies to and from Cyber Space is not without it's applications, especially since she's warped stuff in the blink of an eye at times (like, even if they aren't ultimately safe at their destination, being able to jump your own guys to other dimensions that fast is a great defensive move). And lastly, this isn't really among the "really good stuff" at all, but I do want to touch on ForceJewels anyway. Yes, as a black box describes, they are ultimately finite; but they're finite in the same way Bowser's power-ups are finite. Eggman is the one who distributes them, so he's still got a lot; and a lot of Blockite is a lot of the fight where Kamek's item theft doesn't work, whereas Eggman's Theif's Eyes do. And that can be at least "pretty good" because, unlike the Chaos Emeralds or Phantom Ruby Prototypes, anyone can use a Mario Power-up. That's at least most of the stuff I would've liked to be considered more/see Bowser face and have to answer for me to believe Bowser definitively takes the W. The episode is still a cool fight animation with awesome music without that, and that's not a bad thing. It's just that if I leave thinking Eggman didn't really try, then much like Mario vs Sonic 2018, a cool fight animation is all it is.
GiftOfKnowledge-np9vg there's no difference whether they are used one by one or all together they get destroyed regardless. Some of those things take prep time, which bowser may not give him enough time to set them up(due to bowser being faster). Bowser didn't even use all his top-notch stuff, so you could say he no diffed eggman, heck eggman didn't really even do any meaningful damage to bowser. If Solaris scaling didn't give eggman the win, then I don't see what the titans and the end would do. They don't even belong to eggman. The blockiet and theifs eyes actually won't do much since it only works with force jewels, not magic. Yeah, Eggman can time travel, but so can bowser and he can do it without the use of using something like chaos emeralds and the amounts of power stars, grand stars, shine spirits, moons, etc.. would be more than enough to overpower the emeralds, sol emeralds, and phantom ruby combined. If death battle knows that bowsers transmutation magic could curb most of eggmans army( and they've been working on this fight and research for over a year ) then I believe that to be true and eggman can't even reverse his own metal virus as mentioned in the video. There's a couple more counter points I could make, but I'm getting tired of having to look back and forth between typing this, copying what I'm writing, and then looking back at your comment. In short they made it clear that no matter what eggman does and no matter how much time or ultimate weapons he uses, bowser will always be able to to have a better chance of victory due to stats, powers, and having a better army in most cases. The fact that both dragon ball and sonic fans are Salty about their characters losing means that death battle is truly back. If you're still undecided about this, then hopefully they do a QnA to answer any big questions you have that they might answer. Extra: Some of those trump cards for eggman involve having 2 pilots and if he's forced to work with a version of himself from another time or dimension it won't work well since he can't even stand working with himself and has been betrayed way more than bowser ever has.

@ That was the old overlord. Now we have Master Overlord, eggman remade Neo and removed the defiance. The old Neo Metal worked for himself, The new one serves Eggman. Technically making it a win for Eggman

This match was a real flipped equivalent on Mario vs Sonic 2018; for good...and for bad.
The combatants, while not city level anymore, were still pretty lowballed; and with enough powers left out or written off that…I won’t say the conclusion is wrong, but I am unconvinced. Especially when I can safely say Bowser didn’t really face the best the Eggman Empire could've put forth.
Still, fire animation, fire song, epic battle, it’s good for what it is as long as you don’t care about that other stuff. And the community was so cool in this match’s build up that…I’m doing my best to like the fight for what it is.
I just hope one day someone makes a Bowser vs Eggman army animation where either a) Eggman wins, or b) Eggman uses enough of his modern resources that Bowser feels like he earned his win. (There's like 3 big ones on RUclips now that don't really scratch the criteria for me.)
There are alternate scenarios that they show in the post analysis and explain in the black boxes why bowser can trump anything eggman could throw at him. Also theres no way they would be able to fit everything they have into one fight due to how much they both have.
@@DeathBattleFan-wi4cc Well sure, other options are shown being used...one at a time, with the perfect counter lined up to one-shot Eggman. But at the same time, Eggman has counters to transmutation, the Wonder flower in specific, Star Rod, Dream Stone, Pure Hearts, even just item theft. So where does that leave us?
Well I'll tell you; it leaves us with stuff like that not really being considered, nor is Bowser asked in any scenario to handle any of Eggman's really good stuff more than one at a time. (Let alone the proper fight where he isn't asked to fight _any_ of Eggman's eally good stuff; not unless you feel Super Neo's as strong as Super Sonic despite only having faced Base Sonic.) Thus, Bowser does not feel like he definitively won or that he earned his win, because in no scenario did he feel like he was facing an Eggman who was trying to put more than a fraction of what he could have in front of Bowser.
@GiftOfKnowledge-np9vg what really goof stuff are you referring to because because most of it was brought up in either the fight, the alternate scenarios, and even mentioned in the post fight in either the black boxes or just mentioning it.
@@DeathBattleFan-wi4cc Well there's all his Super Sonic tier stuff; Super Eggman & Time Eater of course, but also Egg Salamander, Egg Wizard, and maybe Metal Overlord depending on if you think Super Neo actually scales to Super Sonic or not when he only fought base Sonic. More specifically, there's how Eggman can get all of these guys out at once with a few Egg-Robots instead sending them out one at a time to get once-shot by a perfect counter in those alternate scenarios. (And that's without factoring in the Titans Sage can summon, whereas a lot of people thought she should _at least_ get Supreme.) That's generally the "really good stuff" I was talking about, but if I may ramble on a bit more:
There's also actually _using_ the powers of the Emeralds, Time Stones, heck, even using the Phantom Ruby for more than a...gravity attack? I think? Sure, Bowser's abilities are more natural, but the Emeralds & Time stones time manip makes up for it by being generally better. (Also it actually is just inherent for Metal, he doesn't need an Emerald for it. Might not need one for other Emerald powers either.) The Emerald's restoration powers are good answers to Bowser's transmutation and other debuffs, and the Emeralds have some slight resistance to reality warping that they grant to their users to help survive wish stuff.
Then there's Sage' Cyber Space stuff. Yes Bowser and a few of his guys can come and go as they please so they can't really be trapped, but that's about where their counters end. Sage can also inflict Cyber Corruption, for which effects range from mildly weakening at best, to turning your soul into a holographic projection separate from your real body so you're out of the fight even if you leave Cyber Space at worst. Also anyone who goes to Cyber Space has their memories added to it's data, which would really help Sage figure out Bowser's arsenal and run her simulations. And lastly, Sage's ability to also warp allies to and from Cyber Space is not without it's applications, especially since she's warped stuff in the blink of an eye at times (like, even if they aren't ultimately safe at their destination, being able to jump your own guys to other dimensions that fast is a great defensive move).
And lastly, this isn't really among the "really good stuff" at all, but I do want to touch on ForceJewels anyway. Yes, as a black box describes, they are ultimately finite; but they're finite in the same way Bowser's power-ups are finite. Eggman is the one who distributes them, so he's still got a lot; and a lot of Blockite is a lot of the fight where Kamek's item theft doesn't work, whereas Eggman's Theif's Eyes do. And that can be at least "pretty good" because, unlike the Chaos Emeralds or Phantom Ruby Prototypes, anyone can use a Mario Power-up.
That's at least most of the stuff I would've liked to be considered more/see Bowser face and have to answer for me to believe Bowser definitively takes the W.
The episode is still a cool fight animation with awesome music without that, and that's not a bad thing. It's just that if I leave thinking Eggman didn't really try, then much like Mario vs Sonic 2018, a cool fight animation is all it is.
GiftOfKnowledge-np9vg there's no difference whether they are used one by one or all together they get destroyed regardless. Some of those things take prep time, which bowser may not give him enough time to set them up(due to bowser being faster). Bowser didn't even use all his top-notch stuff, so you could say he no diffed eggman, heck eggman didn't really even do any meaningful damage to bowser. If Solaris scaling didn't give eggman the win, then I don't see what the titans and the end would do. They don't even belong to eggman. The blockiet and theifs eyes actually won't do much since it only works with force jewels, not magic. Yeah, Eggman can time travel, but so can bowser and he can do it without the use of using something like chaos emeralds and the amounts of power stars, grand stars, shine spirits, moons, etc.. would be more than enough to overpower the emeralds, sol emeralds, and phantom ruby combined. If death battle knows that bowsers transmutation magic could curb most of eggmans army( and they've been working on this fight and research for over a year ) then I believe that to be true and eggman can't even reverse his own metal virus as mentioned in the video. There's a couple more counter points I could make, but I'm getting tired of having to look back and forth between typing this, copying what I'm writing, and then looking back at your comment. In short they made it clear that no matter what eggman does and no matter how much time or ultimate weapons he uses, bowser will always be able to to have a better chance of victory due to stats, powers, and having a better army in most cases.
The fact that both dragon ball and sonic fans are Salty about their characters losing means that death battle is truly back. If you're still undecided about this, then hopefully they do a QnA to answer any big questions you have that they might answer.
Extra: Some of those trump cards for eggman involve having 2 pilots and if he's forced to work with a version of himself from another time or dimension it won't work well since he can't even stand working with himself and has been betrayed way more than bowser ever has.
