My favorite people in this world are those who don't stop inventing new instruments. This sounds so awesome, kinda reminding me of turkish fretless electric guitars.
You need to meet wot Rob Scallon he would absolutely love your unique instrument. I never thought about moving the bridge that's a cool idea, kts like a Koto and Sitar
We are currently making a Mulatar going to Chicago, Maybe then we will have the chance to meet Rob Scallon, It would be amazing... Thanks for your comment!
My heart wants to meet one of these someday. It’s so beautiful. Amazing work. Best of luck!! I see this invention & hear this ingenuity & feel like this is what being a person is all about. I admire you.
This is amazing! I love woody sound from the slides. It has a lovely deep bass, and so versatile! The drum making the whole instrument resonate is so pleasing too. Really wonderful! 👍👏👏👏
Honestly I don’t know how I would play all three things. I would prefer top part and harp part with movable thingys as two separated instruments and would be happy to have them. Amazing sound, cool engineering, well done!!
Oh hell yeah! Can't wait to see this live, definitely gonna make it to finalists! Let me know if you need an accompanist once you get here, most of the contestants have one for the contest. I have a wide range of alternative instruments I've handmade and a background in improvisation, and I've been following this channel for a while now :)
Musical Creation is Infinite and this is just another evidence of this wonderful FACT~! Thank you very much., if they are not too expensive I might try to buy one.
Got a contest with my cousin to find and share the most interesting instruments. You cinched a win for me today and probably won the game for me. Thanks for opening up a whole new world of sound
I've been dreaming about a movable nut for some time. Great to see someone take a big step in that direction & do it. My conception was more analogous to standard guitar, where players could continue to fret &/or play slide. Standard capo frets the strings, which makes playing slide unmanageable if placed anywhere above the 2nd or 3rd fret, at least on my guitar, which has playable high action for slide and banging. There are two concepts there, and moveable nut and a capo that doesn't lower action, or acts to raise action if the guitar isn't slide able without capo.
The ear Longs for something new so well done..... from the imagination and therapeutic creative thinking can come great new things like peaceful Revolution Olympics said and done
what an incredible instrument I love how it completely subverts the playing style of most other instruments reminds me of pedal steel or harp, but instead you can slide between various tunings, transforming what was done via pedals into a sliding performable motion one might think that sliding has always been achievable, which is true but on most fretless instruments, you are required to hold your position, where this allows you to slide and retain the new position easily
Seek out Dan Rathbun too. He's got a great mind for experimental instruments. Please let me know when these become available. I would love to play one!
incredible, beautiful, and the playing is really cool. that instrument is like a combination of dobroist Jerry Douglas and Brian Eno. Now I will not know peace the side of the river until I have one. The Toran Guitorgan It’s just terrific as well and I don’t really have the words to say how great that furniture is. And I want one of the Ottomans (round stool not Janissary). Cheers.

I know you have been developing this instrument for more than 10 years which is when I saw my first video of it. Yes, definitely want one.
This is great, you need to present this to Hans Zimmer before he finishes working on Dune part 3, please!
This !

Wooowww.. that would be fucking awesome!
Legitimately he'd be into it

The complexity of this instrument makes it simple to play. Theres alot going on and that's where the fun lives. Absolutely love it.
Wow this is amazing . It’s like an entire band .
The moving bridge idea is awesome.
It’s a bit like putting a capo on a guitar or moving the fretboard on a sitar.
Wow, beautiful instrument! It’s so versatile yet has a compact, sleek shape. Inspiring!
Great Work and beautiful instrument !!
This is an intriguing blend of timbres, playing technique and influence, and I'm here for it 👏👏👏

Getting big Morphine "Dawna" vibes from those first riffs on the bass strings.
Wonderful Sir , I commend you on your work good luck for the future. The World can never have enough instruments. PEACE AND LOVE TO EVERYONE ❤❤
The mulatar is a creation of genius.
this reminds me of Bradford Reed's amazing Pencilina. Cool sounds!
The front is basically a Gyageum, and the top reminds me of the sonometer that we used at school for sound experiments.
Amazing!
I love unusual instruments ❤
Best wishes for your continued success 😊
Beautiful instrument congratulations and thanks for bringing this into being
Thank you for listening, Enjoy!
The top part of it sounds amazing!! Metalica and Godsmack come to mind 🤘
Honestly I don’t know how I would play all three things. I would prefer top part and harp part with movable thingys as two separated instruments and would be happy to have them. Amazing sound, cool engineering, well done!!
I love this! That being said, playing this requires a good ear for sure. This is the instrument of the future!
Un petit commentaire pour un instrument super 👌. Merci.

Brilliant! The song "Teardrops on the water" by Massive Attack would sound thunderous on this incredible instrument.
So cool!😊
The sliding bridgse concept is incredible, the way it lets you get koto style bends is so cool
I'm glad you like it!
