You're all acting as if it was SEALED in the box for days. Fact of the matter is, a lot of people get a puppy, put it in a box WITHOUT sealing it up, and present it moments after.
The dog never goes in a box for long periods of time and it's certainly not trapped either. Stop shitting on someone's happiness because you don't have enough of your own.

It's not just that he was put in a box for a few minutes, the real issue is more like "don't give animals as presents"

Absolutely. I don't doubt that this loving man will take care of the dog, just I've seen too many healthy dogs get put down because they're not wanted in shelters. It'd ease my mind if I knew this puppy was adopted.

Oh, someone not in a cuteness coma. No need to worry about me. I love dogs, I even rescue them. Not when they are syrupy sweet like this one though. I usually see them when they are out of this stage, horrifically abused, neglected and dumped. Any cynacism is well earned, like a badge of honour....

I think that's great. But make sure that your kids will take the dog and continue to love it when you and your wife pass away or need to go into a home. Far to many are surrendered to the shelter/rescue as no one in the family wants it. I foster so I know this.
he's not terribly "old"...doubt that they will be "dead", or "in a home" anytime soon.

awhh. that's so cute. This kind of made me sad though. He looks like my gramps and my gramps used to love dogs. He passed away right before my birthday in the beginning of this year. Loved him more than anything.

I loved the look on his face, when he opened the box, and the top popped up and he jumped back. But what melted my heart, was when he bent down, and laid his forhead to the puppies. Love at first sight!

I normally don't condone pets as gifts, but judging by his expression and the effection he's showing for the puppy perhaps he'd been hinting at wanting one? He looks like he would be a great pet owner/companion.

May. Yes they are all amazing and beautiful. All of God's creations are wondrous but dogs are just so much more! We domesticated cats, or rather as much as they allow us to domesticate them, and cats are no where near as loyal, trusting and amazing as a dog. At least in my opinion. :)

Here is why I like it, Dogs for the most part are loving, caring, humble, and joyful which most of the time GOD is. Dogs are always happy to see us and are quick to forgave again like GOD. When you run astray no matter how long when you finely get back to him or her GOD welcomes you with opens arms, as in a dog case if your gone far as long tim6e like a day a month a year or more or a short time lie a minute or a few more when you come back you are greeted with a few good wags of a tail and doggy kisses galore.
And here is why I don't like it, it's like your saying fog are by far better then all other animals which is not true all animals big and small all amazing and are made by GOD. It also seems kinda offensive to those who are other types of animal lover's such as cat lovers, and many many others me myself I'm an animal lover I love cats, dogs, brids, horses, goats, donkeys (or to Bailey in A Dog Purpose call them) a dog horse, pigs, otters, deers, rats, guinea pig's, bunny's, and many many others (other then bugs sorry don't love them, I know we need them but I don't gave to love them) like okay but love NO. Sorry if this comment offended you, I just whated to tell you how I felt about your comment.

Iknow that the little puppy is going to a great home and that's what makes you feel so warm and fuzzy. Nowadays is so important to hear more good things in life nothing terrible things that's going around the world today. It really warms my heart! This is what I'm gonna do for my grandpa's birthday. Since he recently (around August) lost his dog of 13 years old, he's been so lonely and has been smoking more than usual. I know a new puppy could never replace his wife, but I'd like to think that it can lighten the rest of his days up.
