Breaker -
Breakers are male Swarmers who grew in size far beyond that of normal infected. NERO scientists speculate that such phenomenons may be the secondary result from multiple stages of mutation or a strange reaction to people who either took steroids or produced a large amount of testosterone before being infected.
Like most Freaker mutations, Breakers are hostile towards all other infected and will attack them on sight. They are easily capable of killing Swarmers and have been shown ripping their limbs off.
Due to their size and mutation, Breakers have heavily increased stamina and strength. Despite their size, a Breaker is capable of running nearly as fast as Deacon and is not easily avoidable.

Screamer -
A Screamer can be easily identified and told apart from the standard Swarmer type of Freaker; a Screamer will only ever be female and will stand out with her thin stringy white hair down to her shoulders. When she screams, the Screamer can stretch her jaw to unnatural proportions making her face seem elongated and she has a far more emaciated appearance than a Swarmer, with her collar bones and ribs protruding from her chest and her arms and legs being thin and bony.

Reacher -
Reachers are incredibly fast, O'Brian saying they have been clocked at 40mph. The Reacher will charge the player and attempt to maul them. They can take much more ballistic trauma than the average Freaker and also deal much more damage.
It is possible to kill Reachers with a single headshot with a powerful enough weapon.
