Days Gone pc mod gameplay.
In this gameplay, I installed 999 horde everywhere mod in which size of all hordes across the map increases to 999.

This game was ahead of its time. This is too good to not have a sequel. I'm now playing on my ps5 and this looks gorgeous. Fighting hordes is one of the most fascinating things ever done in gaming

I AM playing RDR2 now and after finishing DG i don't see All this hype about photorealistic RDR2 graphic and being the best looking game, because DG have better graphic, or at the same level.

Same here I just got a PS5 not long ago and playing this game on theirs just amazing I guess on the PS4 version it was only 30 FPS and on the PS5 it's 60 FPS and I think I got a graphic boost

I love the AI in this game. you can see they actually spread out making them harder to kill.
I don't think that's the case. Given that most roofs, walls, fences, cars, etc are climbable, the pathfinding for the front of the horde must be different from the tail.
I love how the horde AI doesn't just use a single path to attack, they split into alternate paths and spread out so you can't just stand and mow down a single line. Smort.
Yeah, but they're so stupid to understand that you are the one, who threw a distraction, while they were running after you and saw when you did that

I think it's pretty realistic in context. They're attracted to noises and they follow your distractor. As soon as they realize they can't eat it, they run after you again.

This game was awesome and scary, really needed a second one
It was my next game after the witcher when i wasn't shut it off after credits , but enjoy playing post game and killing remaining hordes to get Platinum achievement...it was very long time since i feel so much joy from exploring the world.

I absolutely loved this game. It took me a min to figure out the best gun to take hordes down with but when I got it they were a breeze. Except the Sawmill horde. That was still Intense. But the tommy gun looking gun was OP against them.
The Chicago Chopper is the go too gun against whatever your facing.

Even though the enemy AI is weak I can say that this game nails the hoardes and survival element in a game like no other game ever created...I am almost done and have had a blast doing the horde missions....getting that mp3 player...that was cray!
Human ai sucks but freaker ai is great
I finished this game last week and I'm depressed that we're not having a sequel on this one.
I always loved taking these massive hordes and luring them around the map into massive bandit camps.
Its crazy how such an old gun like the chopper is still so good and effective. Once I got it, it stayed by my side the rest of the game. Huge mag and massive damage and its pretty damn accurate too. Every playthrough I do now I turn nothing in until I get to hot springs for that gun.
Yup, that Chicago chopper is best primary weapon I can think of when it comes to hordes

Unfortunately, the main guy we needed to create a part 2 for Days Gone just left the project. Sony never backed this game like they should have. When Ghost of Tsushima reached 10 mil sold, they had it all over the internet, but when Days Gone reached the same milestone...nothing

6:15 Once the camp starts killing some of the zombies, they majority decides to stay away and take cover in the mountain 😐
6:42 Also some of the zombies start ignoring the decoys after a while. One of them is even smart enough to go for a flank 😳
On top of the amazing effects, graphics, and the unpaired amount of enemies on screen at once... These developers managed to give the zombies a variety of AI choices you don't see even in "next gen" times.

This was stressful enough just watching, superb effort, I encountered my first hoard mission today….it didn’t go well

It's all about playtime, all ur fear will be gone once you get used to these hordes. I've played this game for more than 250+ hrs.
You will not believe this but when I was new to this game, I used to be afraid of turning on this game just because of fear of the hordes😂😂

they cant swim. No zomby, even fast zombies can swim - always jump in a lake and you will be OK. This is a well known and proven fact.
This man maxed out stamina, I can't even run from a horde without depleting all my stamina and getting eaten in the process.
yeah- stamina is priority. Don't worry much about health cuz one hit you die anyways on higher difficulty levels
@@tomz818 I play on hard and never saw any point on increasing health anyways, I put my skill points on accuracy.

That horde was merciless - at the start the first 400 were dead pretty fast but it took a lot of work to fully kill them all. Oh, and a nice reward of 600 trust from iron mike's camp for wiping out the greatest threat their region has ever seen.

for the sherman camp horde, i led them to the fenced farm and those guards up there just shot them dead, didn't even use a full clip of my pistol, just a couple of fire bomb.
I don't think I'll ever play this game. I just know, he's the right guy for an apocalypse suicide zombie run. Messing with him. We could clear zombies state by state. Not just city by city. 😅

I've downloaded this mod recently. It completely transforms the game. Hordes become truly terrifying. When you see them moving at night, the noise and scale of their presence is very scary. It makes the game MUCH more interesting and challenging when travelling at night. Gets your heart beating like crazy when confronting a hoard that big!

Wow. I am just getting ready to take on the sawmill hoard late in the game and this is the trick I needed to see. I've been using the attractor bombs, but I should have been using the attractor with the napalm all this time. Truly work of art my friend!
You can take out most hordes pretty stealthily. Hide in a bush near by, attractor, napalm, grenade, rince repeat until they find you and then either facetime them or run until they retreat.
I'm watching this awesome hoard takedown from Sherman's Camp while I'm out here, still scavenging materials for napalm molotovs, pipe bombs, attractors and attractor bombs, and scrap for my melee. Shit is getting scarce in my playthrough lol

this is the most insane gameplay I've seen with a horde like that. Madness
I hardly ever used those noise makers and I used a lot more choke points. It’s always interesting to see different play styles.
I'm 87 and I love this game! Particularly taking naps here and there on those nice beds that are labelled "zzz", and are evenly spread out all over the game. But I can't jump up from the bed as nimbly as our hero due to bad hips, so i have to slow down the game a bit. I normally run it in 10 fps which suits me well.
Sadly, this impedes my ability to defeat hordes. But a grand grand grand son has developed a script for me that temporarily increases the fps to some 1400 ( I don't know how this is possible, but I think there is electricity involved), and this boosts everything in such an elegant way, that it takes only two seconds to become freaker meat, leaving the rest of them starving. But the rivers never stop flowing, despite 100% CPU. Strange.

Got this title while it's on sale, best DAMN zombie aka Freaker's game to date that I've ever played!! Control system is the only drawback, it a learning curve.
