    :c i checked that doing only weight work outs doesnt help me lose weight that easily 1.5 kilo a month maybr. But when i did 3-4 hours of sport 4 days a week with no weight workouts i lost more weight. 😢 and i ate good in both cases and drank lot water. Right now i am doing both ( weights and cardio ) 30 min weight and 2 set of 30 min cardio

      @@ValleryYV Every body is different, and it’s all about finding what works best for you. Your current mix of weights and cardio sounds like a great approach. Just keep listening to your body and adjust as needed - you’re on the right track!
