    Thanks. The technique is good, but if the model ends up with more than 10-15k polys, then it's simply overdone, in my opinion. It might work for small projects like small apartments, but it's overkill for larger ones.
    As for modeling, one TurboSmooth iteration could be enough if you set more subdivisions at the start, because each iteration quarters the polygon count exponentially.
    Otherwise, it looks like Bentanji's modeling style, where he applies TurboSmooth with 2-3 iterations on every small detail.
    Please don't take my comment personally.
