I speak Arabic too! I truly can't describe how amazing your work and documentary was. You really transformed my mind and my soul in this area and traditions like I was there. I learned something new. Every little details and effort you put is worth it.
There is so much to explore in Egypt. This is why Tourists from around the globe make it one of the many as there first destinations.
It is not only a historical/Ancient civilization destination to learn from but also it has many location.
Assassins creed Origins?

Thank you for your video Pavel. I visited Siwa in April 2010 and you have shown me a place I truly loved.... Happy memories
Thanks Pavel. I also lived in Siwa for more than a year, and visit regularly since my first visit in 1995. There are some videos of Siwa on my youtube channel, including syaha.

My favorite place on Earth! I was there in 2009. As soon as we arrived we were invited to a wedding party, it was quite a culture shock but great fun. Siwa has a very mystical feeling and almost spooky vibe at night. I love it!!
Thanks for your sharing Mr. Rik, I have myself very beautiful feelings for this place on Earth by God blessed too 🙏

White gold in siwa oasis:
Yes,it is the salt lake area, siwa oasis has about 60 million tons of salt and maybe more, where salinity in these lakes is 5 times that of sea water and it is considered a national treasure of egypt.
Salt is important because it is an important element in thousands of industries, it is used in medicines, agriculture, nutrition and thousands of other industries.
Salt extraction began in siwa oasis in 2011, which differs in quality from the navigation of Alexandria and el.arish.
Rock salt is used in sculpture and salt caves , which helps to extract negative energy from human body and helps to melt snow from roads and airports or sell it to oil companies, pharmaceutical companies and salt food.
As for salt lakes it is considered a destination for tourist from all over the world. It helps reduce chest allergy ,and also helps to remove negative energy from the body.

Thank you for sharing knowledge about Siwa!
Great video!
What a odd and funny video with such an epidermal approach το Siwa. Anyway you have forgotten to mention the most important landmark of Siwa which is the oracle of Ammon Ra, where Alexander the Great received confirmation of his right to rule over Egypt.
I'm a medjay from Siwa
Respect. You do what I dream of. My biggest problem would be that I am not as outgoing as you are, but I am happy for you that you find your happiness.
my deepest sorrow at the moment is the lack of a family, in western culture it is not so easy to start a family even thou I am 30 years old.. especially if you live in a big city.. I also admire them for the simple and human oriented life they live.. We should do our best to learn from other cultures and apply what is best in our own lives! Great video, thank you!
Hey bro! Thank you so much. Yes western culture is facing many societal challenges. Materialistically we are rich but overwhellemed and socially we are very poor and isolated. It can be hard to find balance between material and spiritual life in western world. Westerners "managed" to uproot themselves from its roots and disconnected from nature. I wish you all the best in your life!
@@PavelAdventurer thanks Pavel and happy adventures and a good life to you as well!
SIWA (EGY)+ CHAWIA(algeria)+ RIFI(marocco)JBAILIA (libya)= the same language. I am chawi and I understand 95 % of siwi and around 80% of rifi and jbaili.
nice!
Loved this video, really good work. Only comment is that as a video editor, I quickly noticed all/most of your cuts are the same exact length and that distracted me a lot. It's a good idea to let some shots hang a little more to create rhythm. Otherwise, thanks for great content.
Thanks buddy, yeah it was my first voiceover video and I know editing wasnt the best.
beautiful documentaries :) .
Thank you bro :)

Great report. 3 cheers from India.
So peacefull 🙂

Felicidades!! Means congratulation in Spanish. Fantastic documentary, well done with all the research, impressive how you did you use your great personality to get the people of siwa being open to your interviews.
Claps to your work 👏🏽 and hope you can come to Mexico one day. I am editing a video that I shot in siwa, and your work will help as a source of information to present Siwa in Spanish.

Not here because of Assassins Creed Origins... here because Siwa is a fascinating archaeological site and it is my dream to run a dig there (even though I know it will never happen - politics are simply too complicated around it). I did also play Assassin's Creed Origins, though. Just kind of sad that the comment section is full of quick shout outs to the game and nothing to say about this beautiful region of the world. Such fascinating character portraits of the locals.
Ohh yeah buddy most of the young generation knows the Siwa Oasis from the game, as you is used a lot by gaming community, but it is cool to have here anybody that enjoys my video! 😎
you're one crazy dude for swimming naked in Siwa hahahaha ! cheers, bro !
Awesome videos .. I subscribed :)
I went to siwa in Ac origins
Where is Bayek?
Metalink What is Bayek?
Main protagonist from Assassin's Creed Origins.
The people there seem to be very nice and friendly eventhough they are poor which proves that money doesn't guarantee you happiness and satisfaction. Especially the guy at the start of the beginning who's of moroccan origin as he had a very bright and warm hearted smile :) Exactly the opposite of what the media tells us today about Muslims unfortunatly. It's best to ignore what others say and experience it by yourself.
Keep up the good work Pavel
I am Egyptian.. I can't understand them.. Its different language.. Berber
kiki kiki Im from North Morroco too, from the Rif actually and I can understand them too
Siwa came from shawi berber aures Algeria.
Zack Ch'
Nope. Berbers are from libyan (libue/libou tribe) that lived in actual siwi’s land thousands years before Christ.
@@sheiiit5235 as a berber myself we're native north african not only lybia and some of their dialect is close to berber shawi (siwa) from around batna Algeria.
Zack Berbers are not limited to a nation, they basically inhabited most of North Africa. Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya. Although their population in Egypt is comparatively lessen than in other North African countries due to invasion of Egypt by different people during Ancient Egypt

I'm here for Assassin's creed origins
Very very good
👍👍👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I'm an Amazigh too (I speak Tamazight and understand perfectly what these tribes say) and this type of conservative tradition came from the Arabs who invaded North-Africa at the time that lived in Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Mauritania etc. They brainwashed and suppressed the tribes well as you can see. Very sad to to see what has become of our Amazigh women. Our women were leaders, queens, teachers and artists. There are still some Amazigh communities in Morocco where the woman is the leader in the household doing everything herself; working, raising kids etc. Strong women.
Siwa many many many centuries later.
I want to go to Siwa because I want to be BIYEK OF SIWA!
Sure bro, it will be big adventure for you 😉
Berbers are the indigenous people of north africa not afrosentrist waganda Bantu
Ayub Moorish That’s not what genetic analysis prove. Enlighten yourself and be free from ignorance. Racism is evil: www.dnatribes.com/dnatribes-digest-2009-02-28.pdf
Ayoub , it’s good to be afrocentrist. Waganda is nonexistent country. And 80% of Africa are proud to be Bantus! The minorities are just fringe

No importa During the symposium on the settlement of the Mediterranean organized at the beginning of October at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, by the Midi-Pyrénées and Alexandria regions, a Franco-Egyptian collaboration presented its results of genetic analyzes carried out on the population from the oasis of Siwa, located in the Libyan desert, in the west of Egypt.
Why did you get interested in Siwa oasis?
Farha el-Chennawi: In this oasis, there is a population that, in addition to Arabic, speaks a second language of its own. This group, which has many cultural particularities compared to the rest of the Egyptian population, lives fairly withdrawn, with a strong inbreeding. Based in particular on linguistic affinities, historians believe that this population is part of the group of Berbers, which is found throughout North Africa and also in Spain. According to this hypothesis, it would be the most eastern population of Berbers, and the only one in Egypt. We wanted to know if genetics could provide additional information.
How did you do it?
With the necessary permits, we went to Siwa. The first step was the selection of the population to be studied. We have retained the people who belong to this somewhat closed community, and whose ancestors have all lived in Siwa since the fourth generation. With Naïma Louali, from the CNRS language dynamics laboratory in Lyon, we also verified that they spoke the language of Siwa. Then we took blood samples. We chose the HLA system as a genetic marker, a portion of DNA that has been widely studied for its implications for the immune system: its variability is well known to many populations.
Did you actually characterize these Siwi as Berbers?
The combinations of the various forms of the genes of the HLA system in the population studied in Siwa correspond in 70% of the cases, to sequences typical of the Berber populations. For the rest, these are sequences that are found in Egyptian and even European populations. The population of Siwa therefore did not live in complete isolation. This is what was clarified by the immunological analyzes carried out on the same blood samples by Jean-Michel Dugoujon, from the anthropology center at the Paul-Sabatier University in Toulouse. In studying immunoglobulins, proteins found in the blood, he particularly observed components originating from West Africa. We could not detect them with the HLA system because we lack data for this region of the world. It is possible that slaves, who came with caravans, settled in Siwa and mixed with the Berbers, probably present for more than 6,000 years.

So... no one is going to mention the randomness about the part about male erections?
Is there mejais ?
What is "mejais"?

I read that siwa has a history of homosexuality relation, and even weddings, is it still visible or completely erased by the islamisation??
I am not sure about this one.
The English of the narration is practically perfect and fully intelligible. HOWEVER, it omits the articles ("the" and "a"), which admittedly are one of the hardest things for non-English speakers to get, especially those whose native languages don't have them. May one helpfully suggest that for your next video you get the script reviewed by a native English speaker or a compatriot with a degree in English?
Allen Thrasher played this for a few friends and I without any issues understanding him. 🤷🏿♂️ it might just be you.
Silas Snape I did not say I couldn't understand the audio; in fact I said it was fully intelligible. I just suggested his next video would be improved by improving the English grammar.
