Great live stream Shane. I use to be in the no adapter camp but for certain situations, like concert filming on a tripod, I've settled on my Sony FX30 with the Sigma MC-11 adapter plus both the Sigma 18-35 F1.8 and 50-100 F1.8. For music concerts, you're 99% of the time manual focus, or tap to focus and then locked on for the entire concert. But I do love the idea of having the GH7, haha. One advantage of adapting lenses is that you can use certain Canon/Sigma EF lenses on both your Sony and mft cameras.
The 50mm f1.8 is indeed excellent. I prefer to put this lens on my S1 than my S5II, the Open gate mode with the default standard profiles with contrast and sharpness down is fantastic.
I have another adapter from Megadap ETZ-21 Pro can utilize any Sony E Mount lens to Nikon Z Mirrorless Cameras with Auto Focus too. Wonderful Times that We are Living in.
Techart TMZ-02 is an adapter that I can use the Leica M Manual Focus Lenses to Bikon Z Mirrorless Cameras with Auto Focus. I would of never of thought that that would be available. With technology today anything is possible.
Dummy Batteries, Fan Cooling and Power Banks plus plenty of SD or CFExpress Cards storage makes it a Fabulous Experience when Recording Video and Shooting Stills.
If the Studio is cooled properly most cameras do not overheat. If they have dummy batteries I rather use the cameras this way instead keeping the camera charging on USB-C .
I find it not very ergonomic when you're solo streaming. I still have the Ultra, but it's a flat panel and you need to keep looking down or having to hold your hand in an awkward position for adding comments

Preorder I understand but Available on Backorder is like what You are discussing how certain camera companies are doing now. What happened to Your Yolobox? I use Ecamm Live and Love it but am looking into the Yolobox type also.

I am leaning to more cameras with Fans. Where I live it is HOT! I guess I can be called a FAN Boy to Fans Installed into Cameras. LOL!
Addins or Plugins or just have another computer for the reading of comments. 4k Is the Best way for presenting Your content.
